The Space:
For sleeping arrangements, this unit comes with a King and a Queen bed, along with an air mattress if a third bed is needed for extra sleeping. We advertise that it sleeps 4, but if someone is fine sleeping on an air mattress or couch, then 5 guests can definitely work.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to everything in the unit, including balcony and large deck. Guests must be able to climb stairs to access the condo.
The Neighborhood:
Simply stated it's the nicest accommodations available in best location you can stay at- the absolute center of the downtown Holland's idyllic 8th street shopping and restaurant area that features heated sidewalks in the winter. You will be steps from everything you would want to enjoy.
Centrally located on 8th street, you will find:
- Numerous restaurants, breweries, cocktail bars, chocolatiers, ice cream / yogurt, coffee, and food/wine shops
- Boutique stores, museums, art galleries, salons, movie theaters, farmers market
- Walking paths, bike trails, heated sidewalks, and playgrounds
- Short walk to Hope College, Lake Macatawa, and Kollen Park
- Within 6 miles of the Ottawa Beach State Park on Lake Michigan

You have direct access from either side of the building, from 7th and 8th street, for ultimate convenience.
Other Things to Note:
Please note, the 2 story condo is located on the 2nd floor and guests must be able to carry luggage up stairs to access condo. Guests must complete a check in form to agree to rental rules and identity verification. We do not allow any animals and have an Airbnb exclusion on file for service animals.
