My family & I greatly enjoyed this home! None of us had ever been to Holland-so our weekend was a great combination of exploring and enjoying the amenities of this house. Communication with Mary was easy-we had no issues. The house was clean and in an amazing location. We will be back, thanks!

Amazing property!
The home was exactly as represented. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful, well appointed home. We rented the home to cook for and attend a Thanksgiving reunion. The kitchen had everything we needed; bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room were fully stocked for our 3 families totaling 8 for our 3 day stay. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful serene place to stay. Close to things yet gives you a "stay in the country feel". All beds except the twins could use an upgrade, as they show and feel worn. We dropped some clear liquid in the kitchen and as we cleaned it up the paper towels were black following cleanup. All other floors were obviously very clean.

Our second stay at this wonderful home
We loved this home so much last summer that we came back this year and brought grandparents with us. The house has everything you could need, and the host is quick to respond and very helpful. The backyard is the perfect summer oasis - thoughtful and shady landscaping, cute decor, ample seating and a very clean pool. A walkable playground and short drive to clean beaches make this a great fit for families with young children. You can tell many happy memories have been made here and we're happy to be part of that!

Not worth the cost
The patio and pool area is lovely — surrounded by trees and very private, we spent most of our time outside. Indoors it felt very much like a visit to Grandma’s, from the lace doilies to the clunky old fashioned furniture. The welcome binder says that this was the family’s house for forty years, and you can tell. It’s like the family quickly packed up and left and immediately opened up the house as a rental home without updating a thing. The up side is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for a large group. It was functional, but we were disappointed by what we got for the price of over $3000 for not even a week. We would not return.

Backyard oasis!
The house was so nice, but the backyard oasis made our stay!!! It seemed like anyplace we wanted to go was 15 minutes away. Very convenient location. Very private and quiet. Gigi loved the koi pond and the grandkids loved the pool!! Response from Mary was very prompt. Thank you for replacing the grill so quickly. I would recommend to anyone.

Great family getaway!
We had such a great time at this property. The layout was perfect, private and nestled in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, and a quick drive to the beach. This is one of the most well stocked vacation rentals I've been to (amenities, pool floats, kids books, kitchen accessories etc). The owners are very thoughtful in what to include to make your stay enjoyable, and they were also quick to respond when we had questions. The house is very spacious with many different places to gather if you are with a larger group. Can't say enough wonderful things about this home, we hope to come back soon!

The house was great: good size, clean and well appointed. The pool was great as well, considering we used it each day. The landscaped and well maintained backyard provides a wonderful atmosphere to relax and enjoy some family time. Mary was very helpful and considerate. And the induction cooktop was a bonus. Amazing Getaway
My family had a wonderful week stay. The house was perfect, very clean. My kids loved swimming in the heated pool and jumping off the diving board. We were close to the beach where we enjoyed a few hours each afternoon. Tunnel beach was my kids favorite. We even enjoyed a fire a couple nights in the fire pit roasting marshmallows. I can’t say enough great things about Mary as she was right over to check on a couple minor things. It was the perfect vacation home with the perfect renters for my family and we will definitely rent again. If you are looking for the perfect stay in Holland look no further.

Great family getaway!
We had a great time spending 4 days at the home with our family! Some water pressure issues and pool cleaners mid day preventing swim time, but overall a great trip and nice clean house! All beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The kids enjoyed swim time every day and the host replied quickly when we had issues.

A private oasis near bike trails and lake! Perfect getaway for couples or families!
This was my first time renting a house for a vacation getaway and the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again! Our guest contact, Mary, made sure we felt right at home. We had everything we needed, from fresh towels to toiletries and snacks. Such a beautiful warm, cozy, home, with plenty of room to spread out, and high end touches to feel fancy. That kitchen!! And of course, the pool room and pool was heaven. Lots of places to sit outside in the evening sun, including a fire pit. From the whimsical decorations, the beautiful landscaping which attracted butterflies and hummingbirds, to the koi pond and the fire pit surrounded by a forest, there was so much to take in and enjoy. No cell phones needed here! There was also lots to do when we felt like venturing out. We golfed a couple days and one night watched the sun go down on the softest sand beach as the sail boats came into dock. I also brought my bike on a whim and had a blast exploring the interconnected bike trails in the area. Although we didn't have kids with us, there was a kids room with the cutest stuffed animals, and other things that made the home feel very family friendly. Thank you again for making us feel so at home and for providing a place we could have some privacy and quiet and truly relax.
