Christmas Gathering 2024
We were pleased with our stay, only thing missing was a Christmas tree and Holiday decor.We were celebrating Christmas with our family of 32 so I inquired when I booked this rental if there would be a Christmas tree set up and they told me more than likely. Then when I inquired again a few days before our December 20 arrival, I was told the owner decided not to decorate. All the family was very bummed by this.Other than that, and the bunk rooms not having very comfy mattresses, everything else was excellent. The six rooms with king mattresses were very comfortable. They all had attached baths.

Great location
This is a beautiful house with lots of rooms. Location was perfect. 15 min to Branson Landing. It sleeps 35 ppl. It had 2 bunk rooms. One of them has nine bunks but there is one of the top bunks that is very close to the ceiling. We would rent again.

Very nice house. Worked well for our large family. Would be nice to have an outdoor grass area for yard games but the playground was enjoyed by the littles.

Nice place
Nice property. Air worked great. Great location for the marina. Arrived to find one shower had a please do not use sign. There were two broken dining chairs and the pickle ball paddles and balls were missing. The website said the pickleball equipment was included yet when contacted customer service they said they had no knowledge that being part of the unit and did not offer to bring us some. Also the listing said it slept 37 but when signing the contract it was 35. I believe they fixed that on the website. Overall it was a great place to stay, just a few little problems. Rooms were nice beds were good.

The new home had several unfinished items. Dishwasher did not work, broken glass on the deck from the previous occupants. No broom to clean, deck was unfinished - no ceiling fans, soffit not done.
