Sijainti:

Tämä äskettäin uusittu koti on toisen rivin koti, joka sijaitsee South Shore Drivessa (rantatiellä) Surf Cityssä, noin kilometrin etäisyydellä korkeaa siltaa ja vain kadun toisella puolella merta. South Shore Drive, suositeltava sijainti Topsail-saarella, tarjoaa helpon pääsyn päivittäistavaroihin, ravintoloihin, aktiviteetteihin ja ostosmahdollisuuksiin, jotka sijaitsevat keskustan liikealueella, sekä helpon pääsyn saarelle ja sen ulkopuolella korkeaisillaan. Toissijaisena tienä South Shore Drive ylläpitää 25 mph nopeusrajoitusta, jolloin lomailijat voivat nauttia kävelystä, juoksemisesta ja pyöräilystä vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannasta. Kun yövyt Seaquesteredillä, sinun ei tarvitse mennä kaukana nauttimaan päivästä rannalla; Talo sijaitsee vain 300 metrin päässä rannalta. Talo ja mukavuudet:

Alakerrassa on iso olohuone / ruokailutila / keittiö, yksi makuuhuone (kuningas), kylpyhuone, pesutupa ja iso, sisäänkäynnin yhteydessä oleva ruokakomero. Yläkerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta (yksi kuningas ja kerrossänky, jossa on kaksi täyttä sänkyä), täysi kylpyamme ja parvi-alue nukkumiseen (3 erillistä futonia), pelaamiseen tai television katselemiseen. Talossa on yhteensä 10-11 henkilöä. Tärkein oleskelutila avautuu suurelle kannelle merelle päin. Pesula-alue avautuu takakannelle, joka seisoo uima-altaan yläpuolella. Koti sijaitsee syvällä paljon täynnä kauniita, luonnonmukaisia eläviä tammeja ja luonnonkaunis maisemointi, jossa on runsaasti tilaa lasten leikkiä varten. Aidattu, yksityinen takapiha tarjoaa keidas vieraille, joilla on suuri, lämmitetty uima-allas liukumäellä ja runsaasti tilaa uima-altaan ympärillä, aulaan, grillata ja nauttia aikaa ystävien ja perheen kanssa.

Perfect Family Friendly Vacation Home
This property is EXACTLY as described. Fully stocked, perfect backyard paradise, beautifully appointed, kid and tween approved, and right across the street and a short walk down to the beach access (#24). This part of the beach was not crowded even on a perfect weather, long weekend. There is no public lot at this access which I believe helped. The beach is the perfect width, has powdery sand, and clear blue water. The owners were VERY responsive and helpful. The house is conveniently located to great restaurants (check out Shaka Taco and North side juice). We could have come with just clothes, food and sunscreen and we would’ve been set. We will be back to enjoy the views (we saw two shooting stars) and water slide again!

We also got good use out of the first floor ping pong table and the hot tub. The house is a short (<5 min) walk from the beach and the owners provided a wagon (with large wheels to navigate the sand) to bring whatever you need to the beach. The owners also provide beach chairs and paddle boards, which my family was all to happy to make use of.

Memorial Day 2024
We had 8 adults and 1 child in our group. The house was clean and we all had enough room. The weather was perfect! Very close walk to the beach. Being able to have beach time and pool time was great. We utilized the beach wagon, bikes, boogie board, ping pong table, and pool slide. Everyone had a great time. The only recommendation: It would have been nice if there was a downstairs bathroom for quick use while using the pool. I would definitely rent this houae again.

Great house for a long weekend even when it rains!
My family of four including 2 boys (9&11) were joined by another family with boys of the same ages for a long weekend. The house was very clean which we all loved except for a random pacifier under the bed. This was not a big deal as the house was well decorated and the bedding was obviously fresh. The home had enough kitchen tools to eat-in or dish out take-out easily. The pool, hot tub and ping pong table were a HUGE hit for all especially that the pool was heated because the weather wasn’t the best everyday. The description of the bedrooms was a little misleading but with four boys, we made it work! We loved our time here! Thank you for having us! I highly recommend!

Wonderful Time
We could not have asked for a better trip. The house was amazing the location was good short walk to beach access. The pool and hot tub were a hit for my crew. We also loved that the entire back of the house was fenced in. The owners were amazing at responding quickly and were very kind.. Such a wonderful trip hated to leave

Fantastic home and property. Owners super attentive and helpful. House clean and well appointed. Little details and amenities make this truly feel like a home away from home. We had 3 of our young adult kids (17-21) with us and they really enjoyed the home (location and amenities) but we also could see how it would be a fantastic fit for a family with younger kids as well. No need to read all the reviews, just book it, you won’t be sorry. We would not hesitate to stay here again if/when returning to surf city.

Amazing as always
This is our second time to visit and it was even better than the first. Ben and Kim are so thorough with all the house info and easy to reach if needed. You can tell how much they love the home by how well furnished and kept it is. There is something for everyone in the family to enjoy and the beach is a short 5 minute walk away. We are looking forward to our summer stay here in a couple of months!

Couldn't have asked for a better place
I have rented through VRBO for almost 15 years and Seaquestered might be one of my favorite stays. The house was perfectly clean. Whoever was responsible for the interior decorating did a phenomenal job. From the down-wrapped sofa and chair cushions to the tiny shells in the backsplash tile- it felt nothing like a rental. My kids loved the heated pool and slide. It was clean and we had zero issues utilizing the outdoor space. The owners were super helpful and very quick to respond to questions/concerns. The house is just a few minutes walk to the public access, we went often for walks and shell hunting. I highly recommend this home. You won't be disappointed.

This property was absolutely fantastic! Thanksgiving couldn’t been better.
I highly recommend this property to families. Even though it cool in the evenings, the pool was heated enough to swim in and the hot tub was relaxing. We had lots of fun playing ping pong too. The kitchen is small but big enough for us to prepare our big thanksgiving dinner in.

Great house for a weekend getaway!
This was our second year staying at this house, and we continue to love everything about this property. The location is perfect - a very short walk to the beach, so it's easy to go back and forth as needed throughout the day. It's also a quick drive to most restaurants (our personal favorites were donuts for breakfast and tacos for dinner). The backyard is amazing - both the kids and adults took full advantage of the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit during our stay. The house had everything we needed, and it was very easy for a family of 4 to spread out and feel right at home. Communication with the host was great - always available to answer questions and provide suggestions. Can't wait to schedule a trip for next year!

Must stay! Stunning!
We have been to a few beach houses in this area. This is by far the best one we have ever stayed. The house is immaculately clean and like new. Really great layout for a family with kids. The kids looooved the slide in the pool. We loved how close it was to beach access from walking from the home. The amenities are great with bikes, grill, pool, beach cart, etc. The backyard is also like your own little sanctuary. We will for sure book here again. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great property & host!
Our family stay was great. The host remained in constant contact with us up until check in and was available if we needed anything (not that we would have). The entire property is super clean and they have considered any amenity you may want. Perfectly located in Surf City, short bike ride or walk to the pier and resultants, but far enough to enjoy the quiet “beach life”.
