Welcome to "Tranquil Sunrise" This is your 4 bed 3.5 bath, home away from home, and has been fully remodeled with new paint, new furniture, new flooring and a facelift in the kitchen.

This townhome has a community pool and private beach access. It is also central to all things Surf City.

In the loft area, you will find 2 queen beds and a smart TV. On this level you will have some good views as well.

Down the stairs from the loft is the main living area. You will find the king bedroom en-suite on this floor and ample room for all your family members. A half bath and the laundry room are just a few steps away living area.

Down from the main living area you will find the queen room and the bunk room, as well as a cool hangout place for anyone. Bring you gaming system or simply just pop some popcorn and watch something different on this level than the living area.

Also equipped in the home is two queen sleeper sofas. Linens can be provided if requested a few days before your stay.

Outside you will find ample sitting and great views and energetic atmosphere. Also you will find a big park that is right beside the complex and a zero entry beach access. Oh and don't forget the pool.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber

A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
