We are soooooo bummed!
We first arrived to a what seemed to be amazing house, the first day the water slide and waterfall wasn’t working. We were informed a member of their maintenance team would arrive shortly and asked for us to stay there to meet him. He told us he couldn’t fix it but he would try to get a pool company to come over. At 7:00 pm day two of the trip the pool guy finally showed up and told us he didn’t have time to fix the rest of the issues and he was just doing a buddy a favor and had no idea who even owned the house. After he left, our children swam for a bit more and we all called it a night. Day 3, 4 and 5 we had a 68 degree pool! Whatever the first pool company did disprupted the heating in the pool. We were assured on all of those days the issue would be repaired by end of day. The second pool company arrived late in the day on day 5 of our 7 day stay. Got the pool running but whatever they did, also gave all of my 4 children what our family pediatrician says some of the worst chlorine Chemical pool irritation he’s seen……..they did reach out on the last day after we had been told by one of their employees we would receive a refund for every day we didn’t have heat in the pool. Bricks are falling off the hot tub into the pool. Upstairs window does not shut nor latch(huge safety concern) I have multiple other issues, but it will only let me add so much. Very disappointed, they did reach out to offer a 300 dollar credit. We declined, they said they would counter, no calls yet.
