The hotel is so convenient offering with free breakfast and shuttle back and forth to the airport. The area is surrounded by a Thai, Korean, Japanese cuisines as preferred. Around 4 minutes drive to the restaurants and a walkable food stores along the street of the hotel is another option.

Convenient location, VERY noisy, breakfast is the only restaurant service, there is a McDonalds next door and delivery from other area eateries.The airport shuttle only leaves on the hour. Courtyard buildings are in poor condition. Our morning alarm was the neighbors rap music at high volume.

Clean, comfortable, big room, view window, included self-serve breakfast bar had impressive number of choices and good food. Lots of military families. Great airport hotel. We'll use it again when transiting through HI.

Great breakfast

Complimentary breakfast and shuttle were the best part of this hotel. Some rooms do not have lifts so luggage needs to be taken up a flight of stairs. Friendly staff saw me struggling and were happy to help me carry luggage.

Shuttle bus serviced other hotels and took over half an hour to collect us on arrival. Service was prompt on departure but logistics were a bit boggling. Highway noise exists but not too bad for a Saturday night. Imagine seeing an expressway at our window level on the 8th floor! Hotel ok for a stopover, staff good, shuttle drivers overworked.

I was disappointed that we were unable to cancel our reservation, as our flights were delayed after we had already started the journey. By the time we could call to cancel, it was too late and the property manager refused to cancel the reservation. In addition, we had to take a cab, as the arrival was delayed to 4am. The breakfast is not worth the cost of this hotel. Rubbery, cold eggs.

My only request was for a room with 2 queen beds. On check in I was told that I had stairs to my room, I was getting what I requested. My room faced a double decker freeway 50 feet away. Not happy!!! Never go there again.

I book a stay for my aunt birthday I was in a room on the 9th floor the room was very dirty and the bathroom we got a room change on the lower level 2nd day of switching room they never once change our sheet I told the front seat 3 times and all they did was replace the towel in the bathroom!! Our sign was on the door for room service !
