Enjoy tile floors throughout the suite, white Shaker-style cabinets in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and an extended island with seating for five people. The bathroom has a separate entrance from the kitchen for privacy to bedroom occupants, and the owner installed a hand shower for your comfort.

Save money with the fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room. Kitchen includes refrigerator, range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and other kitchen wares. Plus, this unit has a dishwasher because, after all, you are on vacation! The upgraded island is larger that other units and includes tufted bar stools.

Incredible Stay
This property is situated in an ideal location a couple blocks away from the beach. Restaurants, local markets all very close. Updated kitchen, spacious living room and a great view made for a great stay. Would recommend!

I rented this for my birthday week and it was perfect. My wife had never been to Hawaii so I needed this to be special. This definitely checked that box. Updated condo with perfect views. Waking up here was something I could get used to. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Great Hawaiian Vacation
Cleanliness, fantastic! well stocked with all the necessities. (Minus food obviously) Location of property was perfect for what we needed! Close and walking distance to all the best shops!! We have kids ages 3-12 so did a lot of site seeing and attractions all over the island. Easy access to the major highways! Food, shops everything is within walking! & This unit came with a parking pass! Which is a bonus bc finding parking in Waikiki SUCKSSSSS! Communication was easy. Check in & check out extremely easy. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We have a small family of six two adults for kids and slept comfortably . Only 4 adults would fit comfortably IMO . There's 3 queens. 2 in the room and 1 pullout. The only downside was if/when we needed extra towels, blankets trash bags etc for the room, we needed to contact somebody during business hours because. We were traveling and touring from 7:00 a.m. in the morning until 8:00 p.m. at night so it was hard to catch them during business hours because we were busy sightseeing etc where there was little to no reception depending on the day. But that didn't have anything to do with the staff! Just coordinating our personal schedules and keeping in mind there's no daily housekeeping & that this particular unit is run by a separate 3rd party company Koko Resorts! NOT the Banyan staff. All communication must me done through Koko! They were excellent to work with! We would totally book here again!

Beautiful view and clean!
The view is even more beautiful in person than what the pictures show. The condo was clean. Had problems figuring out the TV but management was very prompt and came to our room to help us out. It was nice to be so close to the beach and all the stores. The couch wasn’t all that comfortable but overall the condo was exactly as it shows in the pictures. Our family would like to rent this condo again for our future trips!

Comfortable and convenient
Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was convenient to the beach and shopping. The view from the balcony was great! Having free parking on the property is extremely convenient and appreciated. We did not use any of the beach chairs or boogie boards that were available. I did notice that one of the beach chairs and boogie boards were unusable - chair looked broken and boogie board was broken in half. Since we did not use them, it did not detract from our experience at the property. Overall, a great experience, easy check-in and check-out, comfortable and convenient.

Great location and nice condo
The minus 1 star was for two reasons; wifi went down after the first day and didn't come back up the whole 8 days we were there, we called a number of times to address it but still want fixed, the other reason was there building fire alarm went off TWICE (probably isn't the property manager's fault, as we learned there are multiple property managers in the two towers) but having to get up in the middle of the night to evaluate down the stairs on the 32nd floor where we stayed wasnt fun. We received the message to return to our rooms when we would reach the 25, 26th floor, so at least we didn't get all the way too the bottom.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathtub mat was moldy. I appreciated the beach chairs, however only 2 out of the 4 were usable. Other than that, I would use your arrangements again. I loved the location and close vicinity to shops, stores and pick up locations for tour shuttles. We had a wonderful time.
