The open floor plan sweeps from the full size kitchen, through the relaxing living area, and out to the 120 sq foot lanai where your beautiful ocean, lagoon, and pool views await.

THIS PROPERTY IS A LEGAL SHORT TERM RENTAL WITHIN THE ILIKAI RESORT. The new Bill 89 will not affect your stay at this property.

*A large entry closet and bedroom closet.

For your convenience and enjoyment, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer are provided. Coin operated laundry facilities are located just down the hall from the unit. *Due to COVID-19, more stringent cleaning regulations are in place. Housekeeping will no longer leave any form of food item, including Keurig pods, in the kitchen. Thank you for your understanding.

Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 a day with in/out privileges, of course you must tip for each time. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations needed. Just arrive anytime and valet staff is on duty.

Lagoon side:
Behind the Ilikai, on the ocean side, are paid parking stalls that you can use for $1 an hour. Payment is made via QR code or App. You can choose any number of hours for your stall.

Red Lobster Parking:
Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $33 per day with in/out privileges. Please check rates upon arrival.

This property is exactly as advertised. Newly refurbished & clean with stunning views of the lagoon, marina & ocean. Jana did a great job communicating & it was a fabulous trip. We would stay here again, for sure! Mahalo!

The view is one of the best features of this place. It is very comfortable and worked out very well for our family of 3. Ilikai can be a bit crowded but the location of the condo away from the central elevator area is helpful - it was surprisingly quiet.

Property was clean and was a great location- we could see beach and marina from our balcony. Easy walk to beach and the on site market, bar/grill were a great bonus. Dave’s ice cream and the coffee shop were visited daily. Staff was kind and friendly the valet parking was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location; great view
The hotel is centrally located and just a short walk from the heart of Waikiki. Easy to get around and walkable. The building itself is a hair dated, but the unit is remodeled, clean and comfortable. The owner was helpful and proactive, and getting in was easy as can be. The king is wonderful. The pull out sofa is handy but better suited for kids than full grown adults given the size. There was only one small bar of soap and ounce bottle of shampoo that were exhausted in 2 days. We had to buy soap and shampoo. Liked the place and would stay again. Know that parking in Waikiki is very expensive. We had to valet at the hotel for 50 tip each day. You can park in neighborhood garages for a little less if you're willing to walk. For us the price difference was not enough to bother. Very good spot in Waikiki!

Very clean & comforting stay with a nice view, comfortable bed, air conditioner & beach chairs, etc. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. Parking overnight can be expensive but there is a garage above Red Lobster, across the street that we used. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and well appointed
This building is an easy walk from the main drag in Waikiki but also allows you to easily walk to Ala Moana. It was well appointed with linens and beach supplies (relative to other units in the building). The one constructive piece of feedback we have is that the pots and pans were warped, limiting their usefulness on the electric range.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming apartment at the iconic Ilikai Hotel, and it was the perfect beachfront getaway. Location: 5/5 Right on the beach with stunning ocean views, it’s hard to beat this spot. The Ilikai is ideally located near Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana Center, and great dining options. The Apartment: 4.5/5 The space is compact but comfortable, ideal for solo travelers or couples. It features a cozy queen bed, a small kitchenette, and basic amenities. Storage is a bit tight, but for a short stay, it works great. Amenities: 4/5 The Ilikai has 2 pools, a nice restaurant (just opened), shops, and a welcoming vibe. The water was pretty warm and perfect for morning swims. Views: 5/5 The highlight of this place is the view! The ocean vistas from the apartment are incredible—perfect for watching sunsets or enjoying the morning sunrise. Communication: 10/5 Jana was incredibly responsive and always available, both before and during my stay. Her prompt replies and attentive service made the entire experience seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and unwind in Waikiki! I will, actually am, recommend this place to family and friends and will for sure come back

Hello - our experience with the condo was wonderful. We had an issue with the pull out bed the first day, but Jana was on top of it, and had it corrected for us ASAP!! thanks Jana... Views were absolutely beautiful, location was pristine, you can walk to most places and eat at the great variety of restaurant's... over all I give this a 10 out of 10. We had a great time, clean and looks like the pictures big patio, great view. My only complaint was we ran out of paper towels and bathroom tissue. Went to ABC store to pick it up but they didn’t have any. Borrowed from our kids who were staying at a hotel.

I misunderstood the listing (my fault)…I have always called a hide-a-bed, a couch that folds out, not a futon. I mistakenly thought there would be a couch as well. It worked out just had to do a little shifting. Futon was not comfortable on my back, but others had no problem. Condo was clean, appropriately supplied, and centrally located. Do yourself a favor and do NOT rent a car. Plenty of transportation available, instead of paying 45.00 daily valet fee.Several rental car places available right by condo, so could turn in after driving from airport.

A perfect Waikiki retreat!
This is a beautiful condo with a beautiful view. The condo was super clean, had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the boats and surfers from the balcony and there are many great restaurants and alot of shopping within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Paradise with a view!
This condo was GORGEOUS and had incredible views! We were two adults and two teens and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep (king bed and pull out sofa bed). There was a pop up hamper for laundry, iron w/board, full kitchen amenities, Keurig (we brought pods with us and saved time/money on store stops), Extension cord which was handy, plus all you'd need for a day at the beach (chairs, mats, boogie boards, umbrellas). It was a perfect location for walking everywhere, as we didn't rent a car. There is a bus stop right outside too, if you needed to go farther. They offer a luggage storage in the Ilikai too, which is $2/bag for condo guests. That was SUPER helpful, as we had an evening flight. When I was looking into booking at the Ilikai, most bookings referenced a luggage storage across the street and almost $6/bag...so having it IN building and $2/bag was WAY awesome! Everything was perfect and ready for us. When I messaged Jana she responded SO fast! Would definitely recommend this unit and this host!

Good location but room for improvement
Or first impression of the hotel where this property is located was that it was a very nice place. The view from the lanai is like the photo on the web site and the best part of our stay. However once we got in the unit the disappointment started from there. The list of things that need improvement or for consideration for future renters is as follows: 1) Bedding is old and yellowed 2) the mattress on the bed in the primary sleeping area was very uncomfortable. 3) The cutlery is very old and looks like it belongs in a school cafeteria. 4) Curtains are very sheer which does not block out any morning light at all. 4) For our 3 day stay, Inadequate supply of shampoo and body wash. We had to go out and buy some. 5) Major problem with elevators. Not really fast enough to handle the traffic for 25 floors. Limited 7 people per elevator car. 6) No streaming - owner prohibits any kind of streaming - only cable TV available. 7) No dishwasher - had to wash dishes by hand everyday. 8) Patio table to low for the chairs. 9) Metal barstools need cushions. 10) Exterior noise coming from the street even with the lanai doors closed is very noticeable. If the owner addresses most of the issues listed above it may result in a better experience for future renters.
