Every staff member we encountered was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The location is perfect. Very close to everything Waikiki has to offer but felt like you left the busyness when you got back to the hotel. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Waikiki.

The staff embarrassed us, threatening to charge a cleaning fee when the room had no damage or was not left dirty. We had an issue with a rental car that was unrelated to the room.

Hotel is very clean and smells wonderful. Staff is super friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our room because it was available! Interior deco is modern- conservative, looks very new and clean. 2 minutes walk to Waikiki beach and restaurants. Complimentary beach chairs towels snorkeling gear and floaters and boards made our trip very enjoyable and convenient. By the way Lyft and Uber rides are very convenient here and no wait. Highly recommend this place for families and couples.

Really good value for location in Waikiki Beach. A great balance of location, comfort, and cost. The room where I stayed had a really good view past the Twin Fin Hotel of east Waikiki Beach - lots of light and very pleasant. Parking is difficult as everywhere in Waikiki pretty much is. Be prepared to pay extra for valet or deal with lots of aggravation with street parking (or use ride share and avoid all that if you can). The lobby area is nice and has a small bar / seating area with coffee in the morning. The location is pretty good (right by the Twin Fin and Marriott in east Waikiki), so within walking distance of most things in that area. Check-out time was noon (not the standard 11 AM) which was a bonus. The room did not have much in the way of receptacles for your devices or laptop. All-in-all a good value and a place I'd stay at again the next time I'm out that way.
