Overall great experience. The views of Waikiki beach from our balcony was stunning and the room was very comfortable and modern. We loved the endless buffet dinner and then complimentary breakfast. Will stay here every year!

Construction Noise Nightmare
We booked a Pre-Christmas break and it was spoiled by the loud and constant construction noise from major construction right next door. They gave us room 4017 in the Ewa tower, where the balcony was right over the construction and tower crane (see photo) the constant noise all day was very intrusive when the balcony door was properly closed, when we tried to use the balcony the noise was a horrible with concrete pours daily and constant loud beeping with the movement of the tower crane. This is the only hotel in Waikiki with such prominent construction and there was no warning on website and the hotel didn't warn us when we booked. Please stay away until construction is finished.

Property and area was lovely. The only complaint would be the elevator on the other side of the wall, as well as noise from neighboring building construction. Over-all though, an excellent stay.
