Plus, this unit is only one block from world-famous Waikiki Beach. Save money and enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, FREE covered parking, and FREE Wi-Fi.

Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room. Kitchen includes refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, and other kitchen wares. There is a glass kitchen table that seats four people.

Sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized bed and full-sized bed in the bedroom, along with a queen-size pull out sofa in the living room. This unit also features a traditional door to the bedroom, vs. the typical sliding door arrangement, creating a separate living area.

Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.

The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor, soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby s Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs, saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children s playground. Great view and included parking
Stay was good, started off rocky as our unit was missed on the cleaning schedule, this was due to our last min booking. We showed up to a dirty unit. The after hours line was great and easy to get ahold of someone. They drove out late to clean the place for us while we left to go explore for a couple hours. They called to let us know if was done and it was nice that they even changed out the couch pillows to ensure it was clean. The unit had plenty of towels and extra bedding for the sofa couch. Only thing to be aware of is the elevators, which can take a bit to get up or down and can get quite crowded, but everyone was nice and polite and they are working on adding more per the notices posted this next year. Would definitely stay again.

It was a good stay, but there were dirty dishes such as the knives in the holder had food on them and huge stains on both mattresses on the beds. A green one like vomit on top left corner on bed closest to the bathroom and a urine stain on the one closest to the window…

Incredible View
The unit was clean and furnished with a nice kitchen. The refrigerator door opened the wrong way making it difficult to use. When we made the reservation (approximately 9 months earlier) we were told that it came with a Murphy bed, but we found a sleeper sofa instead. The view was totally amazing, and the location was ideal. Easy walking distance to the beach. Everything worked, and we would be delighted to use it again (hopefully soon).

We showed up to a room full of boxes. They tried dumping us in a disgusting suite at midnight and refused to talk to us. We left the next morning and found something else. Still waiting for a full refund.

A place to sleep
Trying to find parking was awful. No street parking and then garage was always full. The apartment needs a good cleaning. The mattress cover on the murphy bed had blood and other stains on it. They did come change that. No broom to sweep the kitchen floor. We vaccumed the rug and got a canister full of dirt and hair on the second days we were there. They kitchen was nicely stocked with.cooking utensils and pots and pans. A beautiful view of the ocean off our balcony.
