Almost perfect
The description of property is accurate. View is amazing, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of lines and towels. It is kept up well, as is the hotel in general. You rent this for the location and it does not disappoint. Walk to the beach is minutes. Our only complaint was that as of 10/5/24 the Hilton next door is having a strike and we did not know about it. The strikers are loud everyday and it made using the lanai impossible without getting a headache. Other than that issue would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our Hawaiian vacation
The ilikai hotel was great for the two of us. Close to shopping and restaurants. The views from the hotel were awesome and everything was as described by the owner! 5 stars!

Would stay again for sure!
I looked and looked for the right spot for my daughter’s 16 th bday. It was just me and her best friend (so three of us.) It couldn’t have been a better spot and we could easily walk to beach or other areas with fun restaurant/shops. The management texted me upon arrival and asked if we needed anything. I said a couple extra pillows and another blanket would be great. Within two hours they delivered two more brand new pillows and a fuzzy blanket! Great view too!

Great location and superior condo
The condo was impeccably clean and the listing of amenities and view were exactly like the Vrbo listing. The king-size bed was very comfortable and a view of the lagoon and the Pacific Ocean was a joy to wake to each morning. The location was perfect and close to great restaurants. The Ala Moana shopping center was a short 10-minute walk from the Ilikai. I only stayed 3 nights in the condo but I wished I had booked it for longer. I highly recommended this property to a single traveller, a couple, or a small family. I will definitely stay at this condo on my next trip to Waikiki.

Location was great
We had a comfortable stay. The unit was clean with a great view of the ocean. The only problem we had was the book that gave instruction on how to operate the TV was outdated so we had to call for help. Response was fast and the issue was resolved quickly.

Ilikai Condo Mid-floor
We've stayed at the Ilikai Condos on three separate occasions, in three different units, totaling about 70 days over the past 15 months. This unit was similar to all of them. Perfect for two. The 11th floor was very convenient to get to lower levels and pools. Close to beach that isn't as crowded as Waikiki Beach and lots wider. Plus, the Hilton Lagoon is a great place to learn to paddle board. Nice kitchen wares/appliances. Big refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows. Good storage space. Huge TV and nice leather couch. Bath was okay with glass doors on shower so better than a curtain. Lanai has exceptional view with comfortable chairs and good morning sun and afternoon shade. Even had some beach chairs to use, but you might not count on them always being available. Easy walk to wherever you want to walk, if you're a walker. Staff we dealt with handled our requests quickly and efficiently. Yes, we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great location and great stay!
The property was just as expected and very clean. The only thing I was disappointed in was there was no desk, as shown in one of the photos, which I would’ve liked as I had to work from there, so I recommend deleting that photo but other than that everything was great!

Happy with our stay
The location was perfect! We easily could walk to the convention center ( for work) and easily walk downtown for dinner/shopping... The room was clean and had everything we needed. However, it could use a bit of a refresh. The bed was comfortable and the patio has an amazing view. We had a few needs/issues that were resolved quickly with a phone call. The one thing I did not like was only haveing two bath towels and one beach towel (per person) for a nine day stay. But overrall this is a little thing! We loved our stay and were happy to have this location.

Great Location
The location was great, the property was clean, the view was amazing. The room could use some updating, but other than than, it was very clean and perfect for us. We could not locate the pool passes and we contacted the property management company and they were EXTREMELY prompt in replying and had the pool passes delivered to our room within just a short time. They were were responsive. The only downside was the check-in time and check-out time, but we managed to make it work.

The place was in walking distance to so many restaurants. It was a great location. We rented a car but also used public transportation. I highly recommend this place to stay. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did

Waikiki vacation
My husband and I have had the best vacation ever. The Ilikai has been a wonderful place to stay. We have enjoyed the fireworks from our balcony overlooking the beach and lagoon. We have walked daily along the beach and enjoyed great restaurants within walking distance. We also rented a car and drove along the coastal highways . We we went to the North Shore watched surfers, ate Giovanni’s famous garlic shrimp,Mikes Huli Chicken and Seven Brothers fabulous burgers. Everywhere we went there was always something interesting to see or do. This has truly been the vacation of a lifetime for us.

It wasn’t a bad location but it’s a bit of a walk to the heart of things. However, it’s very close to Ala Moana mall and the marina so could be perfect for you. The bed was comfortable but the mattress for the sofa bed was terrible, maybe consider updating that mattress to improve the accommodations. The view is exactly as listed and very beautiful. It isn’t an updated unit but it is clean and fully functional. I would recommend and I would stay here again. I gave 1 star for commo b/c N/A wasn’t an option. I had no need to contact management so I can’t rate that. The walking distance to the hustle & bustle of Waikiki and the mattress are the only reason I didn’t give the room 5 ⭐️
