Enjoy sweeping views of Lake Lyndon B. Johnson from your deck! This is the perfect home for truly relaxing and livin' the lakeside life. Dock your boat just outside, then come on in for a cool beverage. Put together some appetizers in the full kitchen, or toss your catch of the day onto the private gas grill. Central air conditioning will keep things comfortable if you'd rather eat indoors, though this home's sunshine-colored walls and numerous touches of teal will definitely keep you in the lakeside mood. Recline on the living room's large sectional couch, and younger guests will love having their own space in the upstairs loft. The main bedroom upstairs features an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a balcony with an even wider view of the lake. Ready to relax yet?

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: The length of the dock available to guests is about 18 feet. The depth of the water is about four feet. All boats are welcome. Ropes are not provided. Swimming is allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family 4th of July extended weekend

Great property. Kitchen set up perfect for family meals. Very convenient to all amenities of Horseshoe Bay and Marble Falls. Boat dock right out front perfect for those long boat rides at all times of the day. Horseshoe Bay fireworks show a real treat on the boat! Would definitely come again!

The condo location was great and the place itself was great. No complaints! We enjoyed our time at the home and all the amenities was there. Sitting out on the patio was really nice. We'll definitely make use of this location again.

Ushered in the new year with friends and family. Nice place although bedrooms were a little small and had little space to move around. The view from patio and living room was fantastic. Overall an awesome experience.

Couples boating weekend

The condo is great and is located inside the resort community. It was clean and comfortable. It has all the amenities for a really great weekend stay for a family or a group of friends. In our case it was two recently empty nest couples and lifelong friends just enjoying a weekend on Lake LBJ. The place was perfect for that. I'm not sure the status of the other condos, but of the 6 units there was only one other unit occupied while we were there. We ejoyed the patio looking out over the lake and resort as we talked and enjoyed libations, even did a little successful bass fising off the dock. The lake is stacked with fish. The resort marina boat launch is literally at the end of the street, and there is visitor parking near the turnaround (about a mile away). They don't allow trailers in vistor parking so you would have to find some other option for that if you bring a boat. But if you have more than two vehicles it's not a problem if you're willing to park the overflow. The boat slip fit my 19ft center console. The water depth at the front of the slip is only about 18 inches and there is a boat lift in the slip. I didn't mess with the lift as the slip was fine for my boat, but it hung out a couple of feet. Lake LBJ is the "forgotten lake" in the chain of hill country lakes and it's a shame. It's a constant level lake and has light traffic everywhere. We enjoyed our weekend getaway and the property delivered exactly as advertised.

Great house. Only thing I didnt like was the 2nd bathroom upstairs is extremely small. I mean extremely small. It still worked though. I cant complain too much, but it was unclear to me that the bathroom would be soo small. The Queen room itself is also quite small, but it works. Everything else was great.

Paddlers paradise

This property was managed by Vacasa, a property management company so they required me to download another app for communication regarding check in codes. I book with VRBO because it is so easy and their app works so well. I did not like having another layer of management to work with. I would not book again if a property is listing Vacasa or any other management company. We accidentally left something behind and there was a $25 fee just to look for it plus shipping. Also the back door lock was not working so we were unable to lock the condo while we were there. When I contacted Vacasa about it upon arrival I received a generic reply by text. If I had been communicating with an actual owner I felt they would have been right on it for my protection as well as the safety of their property. The condo itself was in a great location, clean and basic. I took my stand up paddle boards. I was able to inflate them at my car and carry them around the side of the building and drop them in the lake at the condos boat slip. There is a no wake zone along the shore line both directions which made for a safe and enjoyable paddle each morning early before too many boats were on the water. The porch is shady both early morning and in the late afternoon. No view of sunset or sunrise but enjoyable shade for afternoon relaxing on the porch. There is a small balcony outside the master bedroom but no chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Better bring your own. Also bring your own coffee, tea, water, etc. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner nearby at Bay View restaurant with a water view and sunset. If you love to kayak or paddle board this condo and the surrounding area is a great spot.

Best friend trip

The place was ok…a little more needs to go into cleaning in my opinion…..window sills and back patio especially. Couch was very comfy and the view could not be beat!
