**The ceiling height downstairs is lower (approx 6.5-7 ft). Please keep this in mind when booking, especially if you have taller people in your party.


Pets Welcome!
-Pet fee of $65/stay plus tax for up to 2 pets (dogs only)
-Pets must not be left alone in property uncrated. Hot Springs is a very dog friendly city!
-The yard is not fenced, however there is an outside playpen and dog run so your four legged friend can stretch their legs
-Pet fee must be paid before check in. Fee will be paid on a separate transaction if not paid at time of booking. Charged automatically to card on file when reservation is updated to include pet. Late fee of $25 plus $65 fee plus tax automatically charged if pet(s) are not disclosed before check in.

-Guest counts over 2 persons are charged at an additional $15/person/day up to max of 4 (charged separately if added to reservation after booking). All occupancy changes after booking must be approved by owner and additional guest charges must be paid before check in.
-Must E-sign rental agreement from host for access into the property before check in.
-We have exterior security cameras to monitor access onto the property.
-Best to have a car to get around the city of Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park, although the downtown area and some trails are walkable from house (approximately within 1 mile).

The property is in a secluded, quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and we were in close proximity to the Historic Downtown District of Hot Springs. The King Size bed was very comfortable and clean. The Jacuzzi tub and shower were nice!

This house is charming and clean with lots of amenities. It’s located on beautiful wooded land within a neighborhood. We even saw a deer in the yard one evening. It is less than 5 minutes from all of the wonderful in-town activities including the thermal bathhouses and trails

Short stay in Hot Springs
We stayed here for a long weekend just this past week. We were really looking forward to the stay as prior reviews rated the home so high but unfortunately cannot give a high rating ourselves. First the pros- the home is very close to the main strip - not within walking distance as advertised but a short drive. Also, the back had great morning wildlife to enjoy. Now the concerns. The home had musty smell and wasn’t in a very great part of town. The dishwasher did not work and tub bottom appeared dirty so we didn’t try to use that. The property in general was very outdated despite new decor. The back railing was unsafe and not to code. The most concerning was the numerous tripping hazards throughout the property. Several rooms had small step ups or room transitions which would be unsafe for little kids or anyone over 50. My son tripped several times. The stairs to the basement were a metal spiral and I was shocked when I opened the basement door to go downstairs. They were definitely unsafe for any little kid and would be unsafe for someone older. The other thing we noticed was there were minimal towels and toilet paper. Only one spare roll of toilet paper for the bathroom seems stingy to me and only 4 towels in the whole house when the home sleeps 6. Lastly the beds were not comfortable. Neither bed had a box spring so there was absolutely no support. The bed hurt both my husbands and I’s backs. Place is fine for young adults but not older people or young kids.

Excellent Cottage
Absolutely loved this cottage. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to all the mountain bike and hiking trails and downtown. It was very easy to feel at home in this cottage. Way more room than we (2 adults and 2 small dogs) even needed.

Lovely honeymoon!
We loved the feelong of being immeesed in nature at this cottage! The porches are wonderful. Lots of wildlife and greenery. We enjoyed the national park and state parks nearby. We spent a lot of time just relaxing at the cottage as well. We were happy to be there!

Very nice
Quiet location and a very nice property. Large and spacious with unique features. We had to hunt for some of the light switches as they weren’t always where we assumed they’d be, but we were never in the dark. Hosts were responsive to our inquires and very thoughtful in sharing info about Hot Springs.

Cozy house, great location
This house perfectly met our needs during our short visit to Hot Springs NP. Clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and located in a lovely quiet neighborhood a couple minutes from downtown (NB: there is free parking available at the Exchange Street Parking Plaza next to Grateful Head Pizza; otherwise street parking is only free for 2 hours). The bath/shower in the main bedroom were really great! Loved having a laundry to freshen up our clothing, since we had already been on the road for a week when we arrived. Thanks for a wonderful couple of days!

Awesome Stay!
My husband and I came to Hot Springs for a few nights to relax. This house was so cool! It’s built into the side of a mountain. Decor is on point, and every corner of the house is utilized for guest comfort. So much is provided, you really just need a few groceries. There are two separate outdoor spaces where you can watch fireflies at twilight. We only used the master bedroom, but the bed was super comfy. The AC works fantastically, which is important for summer in the south. The amount of house and the neighborhood you get for the money is such a deal. Can’t wait to come back with the kids!

Great location, minutes away from downtown restaurants, bars etc. Private location right off of Hot Springs National Park, lots of deer roaming, good for early moring deer spotting. It was a very cozy place. Highly recommend!

Great Bungalow For Hot Springs Vacation
The house was near the Bathhouse Row and close to hiking trails. The house was equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation and close to a lot of activities. Perfect for a relaxing vacation!

It's the little details that matter
This vacation rental was fabulous. It was very clean, no previous vacation renter clutter, amazingly well organized and wonderfully quiet. But it's the little details that really make a difference, such as having (1) hairdryer in each bathroom, a coffee station with mugs, stirrers and goodies. Check in was very easy, and it was sent in advance of our trip. We had communications with the owners who were quick to respond. If you're coming to Hot Springs to visit the park, bathhouses, or roam the shops, this is your place. Some listings exaggerate their convenience and distance to a destination, but this one does not. It really is that close.

With nice weather, it's an easy 15 min walk to bathhouse row and downtown restaurants. It's a 4 min walk to Craig Terrace Road, where there's a trailhead that leads to the Upper Dogwood Trail in the national park. You can find this short trail on alltrails. The two decks on the house were fantastic. We saw deer while drinking coffee each morning. Aside from normal neighborhood noise (dogs, lawn mowers, etc.), it was very quiet and peaceful here. I hope we'll get to return.

We loved your property and the location in town but also in nature! The back deck off the main bedroom was heaven to sit on and have coffee or a night cap. Thank you so much for all of the little touches you leave for guests comfort, i.e. coffee pods, soaps and shampoos, etc. We will definitely book this location again when coming to Hot Springs!

Birthday Trip
We stayed here for my husbands birthday trip and absolutely loved it! Within 20 min of arrival we could see deer out of the main bedroom, my husband absolutely adored it! The cottage was clean, and welcoming! Thank you for a wonderful space to celebrate his birthday!

Girl Trip
It was three girlfriends and We had the best time! Most relaxing, felt like home. You step out of the bedroom onto a patio and you see deer, bluebirds, red birds and squirrels. it was absolutely beautiful. Downtown was like 10 or 15 minutes away. Everything was there to see. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and nobody bothers you.Just Serenity We will return and stay at the same house. Thank you Lauren

Mountainside Vibes
It was a wonderful stay. Quite cozy and easy accessibility to EVERYTHING. Super clean and oh my oh my let me BRAG about the shower. It was wonderful. It lacked a few details like sugar and instructions on how the lights etc work. The only other side note I would add is the pet pen outside could have been bigger. The picture is a bit deceiving, but worked out fine. The lights were easily figured out. The last morning was spectacular as there were a heard of deer feeding and bedding behind the house as we had coffee. I would definitely stay here again.
