Resort Fun at it's Best. This South Shore Lake Resort 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo has fabulous views of Lake Hamilton with floor to ceiling windows to maximize your viewing pleasure. The condo features a King bed with a Queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy a large flat screen TV in the living area. The full size kitchen comes fully appointed to cover all of your cooking needs. You will have full access to all of the Resort amenities including the newly refurbished, gorgeous 9 hole mini-golf, Cabana hot tub, game room with billiards and ping pong, tennis, pickle ball, basketball and shuffleboard. The Cabana pool is open for the season. This unit is centrally located off of 7 South close to many restaurants and water fun. Oaklawn Race Track and Casino is only 5 miles away and Magic Springs is 14 miles away! This resort is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun time in Hot Springs!

Eclipse Getaway
The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our rental was on the 3rd floor and had a great view of Lake Hamilton. It was convenient to Oaklawn and Bath House Row. The property was well kept overall and offered nice amenities for families. They hosted an Eclipse Presentation prior to the eclipse and hosted a nice viewing event the day of the event. I would stay here again!

Winter getaway
Enjoyed the view, pickleball, spa and dry sauna, and the game room. Hiked and walked around in the warm sunshine downtown, while back home the weather was wet, cold, and gloomy. Nice winter getaway for a couple in their seventies!

We had to get this condo at the last minute for a family reunion. We liked the setting and loved the location and ease of access to restaurants and retail locations.

The condo was very nice, exactly as pictured. The view was beautiful. The pool was very nice. The condo was well supplied for kitchen and bathroom. The condo is located a short drive from restaurants and downtown which was convenient. Owner was extremely responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again! We have never visited Hot Springs and found it a delightful trip!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We decided last minute to escape to Hot Springs for Memorial weekend, we got lucky and found this condo. Amazing perfect view of Lake Hamilton. It was clean, quiet, and absolutely perfect for a couples getaway. The view of the lake could not get any better, you can see the mountains in the background. Very well kept grounds.

Fantastic condo at great location.
My wife and I went to Hot Springs for the weekend to celebrate our 20yr anniversary. Everything about the property was wonderful with one small exception. Not a deal breaker in any way but the pillows were terrible. Condo was great, property was fantastic (hot tub, sauna, friendly security guard, locked gate), location was super convenient, the king size bed was really nice and there were beautiful views of the lake and mountains from every window, property manager was knowledgeable and kept me informed with anything I needed to know. The only complaint I can find at all is the pillows. Neither my wife nor myself could get comfortable with them. Just plan on bringing your own pillow and you will have an amazing stay.
