I had to wait outside for two hours and after four phone calls I got a refund. The owner said he tried multiple times to get this off vrbo since his company no longer rents properties through you any longer. After this failed booking, I tried to rent another place and almost the same thing occurred. The agent to get me a hotel room was great and helpful. The hotel stay was nice and appreciated.
