A large family room, large bar, poker table, pool table, dartboard area, with walls of glass throughout to enjoy the magnificent views of the bay.
There are 2 pools, 1 2ft pool for children, the center pool is 5ft, perfect for volleyball, or just sit and relax on 1 of the 5 submerged pool bar stools. The pool heaters can be used during the cooler winter months, November to March, at guests request, for a daily charge of $75. Please note, with cold winds blowing or rain, it is simply not possible to keep the pools heated to the optimum temperature.
There are many games to keep everyone entertained, from swimming or Volleyball, basketball to corn-holes, croquet, bocce ball, giant Jenga and more. There are swings for the children to use.
This home has its own private 300ft fishing pier with 2 tier boathouse, relax and enjoy the sun from the second floor of the deck, watch boats cruise by or relax, listening to the lapping water. It is perfect to enjoy day or night-time fishing, lights available for night-time fishing. The sunrises are incredible especially from the dock, often you will see pods of dolphins enjoying the morning undisturbed, truly a beautiful sight to behold, have your camera ready!
The property is very well maintained, with our full-time groundskeeper taking care of the property and landscaping. Trash is taken out on Mondays and Thursdays. Guests are responsible for their trash to be properly bagged and put in the provided trash cans which will be emptied Mondays and Thursdays.
We have a Professional Car Service which can be booked, for airport pickups or drop offs, tours etc. Please let us know if you would like to use this service.

Celebrating Christmas in Dickensian times, people come from far and wide to enjoy and be part of this fun and history, in Dickensian costume or 'just as you are', it is an experience to remember.

Galveston Pleasure Pier with rides and restaurants, Schlitterbahn water park, Galveston Island Historic District, Sea Wolf Park and the famous old Grand 1894 Opera House.
West is bird-rich Galveston Island State Park, with its trails, kayak launches and fishing spots. Stewart Beach and East Beach are on the island’s eastern side.
