Nice room, Great location
Super clean, very convenient, and comfy bed. Short walking distance to many coffee shops and cafes. Property is in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Definitely recommend for a short in the Montrose district

Exactly what I needed.
I needed an escape from my home when the power was out from the hurricane. This place took in me, my baby and my cat and we loved it. It’s cute and clean and it’s in a great neighborhood right in the middle of montrose. Property manager is super helpful. We didn’t want to leave. Would stay here again.

The room was very basic. It had a bit of a musty smell. I Couldn't tell if the floor or the shower was clean as it was concrete. The bed was very soft.

Husband and I spent 3 lovely days in Houston visiting a friend. Our Vrbo location was perfect in all ways. Location, cleanliness, and ease of access made our visit perfect. We will definitely return to this rental when we visit Houston again. Many thanks.

Great area for hip shops, restaurants, coffee. Parking on site. Pics of property exactly as shown. Bed was comfortable. Be aware there is No water pressure in shower, a light rain dribble. There was also a strong odor in the room. At first we thought it was a 'natural' cleaning product and it would dissipate but it never did. We became noseblind to it overnight, but it was just as strong when we d come back from an all day outing the next days. For price and area, it worked for us.

Fantastic property in a great location!
It was like I walked directly into the photos depicted on the property listing! Everything is as described, and it was a perfect stay for my dog and I. The check-in process was super easy, the room was clean, the property manager was responsive, I felt safe here, the location is fantastic, and I never had an issue with parking. I'd gladly stay here again, and I hope to. Thank you for helping make my holiday visit with my family so wonderful!

Perfect Location
The studio was just what I needed for me and my two small dogs. I don't need an apartment, just a room and basic kitchen stuff. I love the location. I could walk to cafés and it is a lovely neighbourhood for walking my dogs. It is close to all the places I wanted to visit. The host was very gracious to let me check in early because I had an appointment in town. I hope to stay there again!!

Staycation dream
The location of this place is awesome. Loved all the local eats that were available within walk distance. The place was as described, easy to find, and comfortable. This served as a perfect staycation for us after my husband got back from a long business trip. There was a hiccup with my husband's flight that caused it to be delayed for a whole day. I messaged the owners and they were able to accommodate the changes which was really sweet and so appreciated!! We will absolutely be recommending this place to our friends amd family!

Great spot! Great location!
Had a great stay! Location was perfect, almost everything within walk in distance. At first I was worried about parking, but there is plenty. Check in was simple using the App. The place had everything that I needed. Highly recommend. I also recommend Empire Cafe. Great lil spot.

Great Satay in a great location!
I am recently relocated to Houston for my job in Uptown Houston and needed a place for my 20 year old daughter and her friend to stay while they visited us The studio is very clean and for the price, simply can’t be beaten! There are very good restaurants and cafes in the area (tremendous Vietnamese place around the corner!)... the photos are accurate to the expectations.
