Great experience!
We walked into a very clean home. We had everything we needed, including plenty of towels and 2 kayaks to enjoy for our long weekend. The host was great with communication! No issues! Neighbors are nice as well. Close to Sam's beach bar, Lift Adventure Park and beach, Live music at Get Hooked Bar and Grill. A great getaway with the family.

Great family stay and pet friendly!
We had a great stay! We loved being right on the water, using the kayaks and seeing all the wildlife! It was very pet and family friendly (kids 8 and 11). Quiet neighborhood with great restaurants close by. We saw all kinds of wildlife right from the backyard.. sharks, dolphins, crabs, fish and turtles! Such a fun stay.

We loved the place. We used the kayaks and fished in the canal. We saw manatees and dolphins and sharks frequently. The local restaurants were very good. Large kitchen and living room. We also used the screened in porch daily.

Third time just as great
My sister and I just stayed at this wonderful house for the third time and really enjoyed it. The house was super clean and it is wonderful to see that the owners are working to make it even better all the time. The bathrooms have just been newly remodeled and are fantastic - so bright and fresh! The wildlife viewing in the backyard river was awesome....dolphins, manatees, lots of critters! Thanks so much!

Relaxing getaway
We visit the area often. We love this area because of the natural life that passes through the canal. House is spaceous enough to spread out. We had out grown kids out for 1 day and everyone was comfortable. The stairs are a little trick to use as a lauching pad for the kayaks but not hard to do IF the water is not to low. Dogs enjoyed the stay as well. Nice home. Great place to watch dolphins, manatees, fish and birds.

Overall a nice stay. We were visiting with family who live in Hudson. Wished the sheet sets would have been matching. We had to find and put on our own top sheets. The yard could have been mowed & trimmed. But overall a nice stay.

Great rental
This place was very nice. The perfect get away spot. From the back yard you can see manatees, dolphins and an occasional sea turtle. Blue crabs in abundance, fushing is good sheephead, sand perch and channel cats. House is very comfortable and nice open floor plan so you can talk while your in the common areas. Jeff is great and very responsive. Dont hesitate to book it if your dates are available, pub and bait shop a short walk from the place to!!

Very nice home!
We saw dolphins and manatees and stingrays going up the canal. Fishing was better at Hudson beach than the canal. Gorgeous beach at Honeymoon island!

What an amazing stay we had. The place was very clean when we arrived with lots of extras in case we forgot some thing. We had a wonderful time kayaking, watching the manatees fishing and crabbing just in the backyard doesn’t get better than that. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Hudson Trip
This was a great home and fit my needs perfectly. I was in town to see my daughter at the Suncoast Broadway Dinner Theatre. Home is clean and spacious. Loved the back patio on the canal and even ventured out in the kayaks. Owner was very prompt to answer questions and check in/out was a breeze. I would happily rent this home again if I have the need to return to Hudson.

My sister and and stayed here when we came to visit our brother. Jeff was a wonderful host, the property was very clean, the outdoor space was pretty and peaceful (we even saw a big manatee in the canal!). We will definitely stay here again.

Nicely done, saw manatees swim by out the back. Be aware the cover on the bed is very lightweight so if you are driving there and prefer a bit of weight over you bring a blanket. Also if you are dead set on having a top sheet bring one.

Perfect for our needs!
We had a great stay. The house was a perfect size for our family of 5. We especially appreciated the extras included such as coffee, laundry baskets, and laundry soap. There were extras of toiletries as well, even though we didn’t need them. I loved the HUGE washer and dryer! It was perfect for our stay visiting family after coming from a week at Disney! My only suggestion would be to add some extra blankets and pillows. Great price and great location for what we needed! Thank you!
