Olen Rustican ylpeä omistaja, joka sijaitsee Fairway Courts -huvilassa, aidatulla alueella, joka on maailmankuulun Palmas del Marin sydämessä, rantahotelli ja golfkenttä, joka sijaitsee Humacao-saaren kaakkoiskulmassa, Puerto Rico. Palmas del Mar sijaitsee vain 45-50 minuutin päässä San Juanin kansainväliseltä lentokentältä.

Huvilassa on runsaasti tilaa, erittäin tilava oleskelutila, jossa on korkeat katot, makuuhuone ja vierashuone. Makuuhuoneessa on liukuovi, johon pääsee terassille / parvekkeelle. Vierashuone on itse asiassa lockout-huone, jossa on minikeittiö ja oma kylpyhuone. Vierashuoneessa on 2 täyttä vuodetta. Villa voi nukkua 4-6 henkilöä mukavasti.

1. Kuinka kauas on huvilasta sijaitseva ranta?

Se on noin 8-10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä huvilasta. Lähin polku on portin kautta, joka sijaitsee kompleksin takana. Golfkenttien kulkeva polku kulkee pitkin golfkentän reunaa, sitten Windham-hotellin edessä ja lopulta rannalle.

2. Onko golfkenttä mukana tämän vuokra-auton kanssa?

Ei, mutta siellä on myymälä, josta voit vuokrata yhden. Huvilassa on parkkipaikka golfkärryt, jossa voit helposti ladata ostoskoriin.

3. Onko Villa mukana jäsenyys Palmas Athletic Clubin Beach Club?

Ei.

Parvekkeelta saat rauhallisen näkymän lampi ja siististi pitkin nurmikko koholla korkeita palmuja. Lampulla on todellisia todellista villieläimiä (kuten kilpikonnia, kalaa, lintuja).

Palmas del Marin sydämessä sijaitseva Fairway Courts sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä useista lomakohteen palveluista:

1. Golfkenttä, huvila sijaitsee välillä 5. ja 9. reikiä yhdessä kahdesta mestaruus 18-reiän golfkenttää sisällä Palmas del Mar. Villa on myös varustettu omalla parkkipaikalla golfkärryyn. Golfkärryjen vuokrausta varten ota yhteyttä minuun lisätietoja varten.

2. Tenniskenttä, joka on suurin kenttäkeskuksen suurin tenniskenttä (yhteensä 20 tuomioistuinta, 2 keinotekoista nurmikkoa Omni Courts, 4 Har-Tru-saviurheilua ja 14 kovaa kenttää, joista monet ovat valaistuina yönäytöksille. 4. ranta, se on myös kävelyetäisyydellä tai lyhyen ajomatkan (on yli 2 kilometriä pitkä hiekkaranta). Käytä vierasavainkorttia päästäksesi rantaan Fairway Courts, ei tarvitse ajaa. Ranta on noin 10 minuutin kävelymatka.

5. Palmanova Plaza, pieni ostoskeskus, jossa on supermarket, kauppoja, pankki- ja toimistotiloja muun muassa.

Edellä mainittujen lisäksi Palmas del Marilla on Yacht Club, oma kaksikielinen koulu K kautta 12-luokkaa, 15 ravintolaa ja ratsastuskeskus, jossa on moderni asennus.

Vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Palmas del Marista löydät monia nähtävyyksiä, kuten:

1. Vanha San Juan - alle 1 tunnin matkan päässä Palmas del Marista

2. El Yunque National Forest - sademetsä, jossa on monia retkeilyreittejä ja vesiputouksia.

3. Luquillo Beach

4. Fajardo Bioluminescent Bay Tour

5. Vieques ja Culebras (Puerto Ricon Neitsytsaaret) upealla sinisellä ja valkoisilla hiekkarannoilla. Flamenco Beach Culebra pidetään maailman kymmenen rannan joukossa. Palmas del Marin venesatamasta on veneitä.

Relaxing Little Vacation

We decided to take a little vacation while visiting family in Puerto Rico. Casa Rustica was a perfect choice for us and our two teenagers. The owners communication was diligent and their instructions on how to get there, how to access the house features and checkout instructions were spot on. Location was great as we were 10 mins walking distance from the beach plus we enjoyed the property's pool. Gate security for the complex added a safety feature plus Palmas del Mar had several restaurants with great food. We were very impressed with how well cleaned everything was. The owners really thought of everything, from a well stocked kitchen to toiletries in the bathrooms and a closet with everything you need for the beach. Our kids were very thankful for the phone chargers next to the bunk-beds. The place really look like the pictures including the amazing and relaxing view from the balcony. We will definitely consider staying at Casa Rustica again in future trips to Puerto Rico.

Home away from home

Property owners were great hosts! Beach house was inviting, comfortable, and clean. Beach accessories provided with rental. Location ideal to enjoy resort, beach or go into town to experience local restaurants or shops. Rent a car to explore El Yunke! Amazing waterfalls!

Clean, spacious, and perfect in everyway!

We just finished a three night, four day stay and couldn't have found a better spot in Palmas. Traveling with young children...this was a perfect spot to have enough room and access to all the "kid things" in the area. Carlos keeps an immaculate, well decorated, well stocked villa and as a host could not be anymore detailed or helpful. He is quick to respond and does an phenomenonal job with this place. We have already made recommendations to family/friends as this is the place to stay! Thank you Carlos!

If you are looking for comfort and beauty this is the place. We loved our stay. The Villa is beautiful and spacious. The pool was super close. The beach was a lovely 10 minute walk. Carlos was very quick to answer questions. We were in need of accommodations quickly and were able to secure the villa within 24 hours. 😀

Great place to relax!

Carlos's Fairway Court villa was a lovely get away. The pool was close by, and the beach a short walk away. The amenities at the villa were great. Netflix for the TV and a hammock for relaxation. We rented a golf cart so we could visit all the great restaurants located in Palmas del Mar. I would recommend Carlos and his villa to anyone, be it a couple or a family with children.

Since we talked to Carlos we knew our experience will be smooth. This is our first time staying in a property listed in home away and hopefully it would't be last. We picked this property based on reviews and it was all true. It is amazing, everything is clean and up to standards. We felt like home. We recommend Villa Rustica 100%. There were instructions and suggestions for problems, if any were to happen, and for restaurants and activities to do. Overall a very pleasant experience. We highly recommend it.

The apartment was ample and very clean. Very comfortable accommodations at an extremely reasonable price. The grounds were manicured perfect and the pool a relaxing oasis. A little piece of heaven

Entering Palmas Del Mar takes you breath away. The resort is exceptional. Rustica at Fairway courts was a very comfortable place to stay. The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds and linens were above average. The TV with Netflix & Pandorra & wifi helped us stay connected. We would be happy to come back again (& again & again). Highly reccommend ****

Wonderful, Relaxing, Comfortable

Rustica Rocks!

My sister and I splurged for long weekend getaway, just the two of us. Rustica was perfect with two beautiful bedrooms and two baths. We were able to stop at a proper grocery store in San Juan and stock up. The beach was a short walk, as was the casino. We explored Palmas Del Mar (which is beautiful) and had an easy drive to the rain forest where we enjoyed hiking. We enjoyed the grounds, sat by the pool, hung out on the balcony. Carlos, the owner, was well prepared with a timely emailed arrival information package. It was easy to find, easy to get in, and well stocked. We didn't have any questions or surprises. It couldn't have been more perfect.

Fairway Courts where this villa is located won architectural awards and it's quite evident why. The villa and surrounding area, pool etc, are very beautiful. 2 issues I recommend correcting. 1- there were 2 keys only one of which worked. 2- there is no cable TV in the unit. I assume most people on vacation would like to watch their favorite programs, particularly news in an election year, or March Madness, etc! Hope this will be added by next year.
