Welcome to our Catskills Oasis home. Whether you are here to strap into your skis from the patio, and experience a true ski in/ski out experience at Hunter Mountain, or just want to enjoy the peaceful Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountain areas, you will be taken care of from booking to checkout.

Our newly renovated 1 bedroom home has a king bed in the bedroom, a leather queen pull out couch that sleeps two, and a separate rollaway bed located in the master bedroom closet. The bathroom has a shower and hotel quality towels and linens. There is a full kitchen, fridge/freezer, oven and electric stove, washer and dryer in unit, microwave, toaster oven, cofeemaker, and high speed wifi (500 MB) throughout for remote work.

We boast an open concept floorplan with a living room, dining area and kitchen that is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We have all of the necessary cooking supplies, utensils, and spices. The TV's in the living room and the bedroom have Roku, and all of your favorite streaming services, as well as Pandora.

The patio area accessible by glass door has chairs to watch the stars and a BBQ to have a cookout right in your backyard on Hunter Mountain. We offer our guests a picnic basket, with a blanket, tent, and fishing equipment so you can enjoy many of the lakes in the area.

Walk down to the Hunter Mountain zipline, or Kaaterskill Club and Spa. We are a 10 minute walk away from Dolan's Lake, which has a beach and lifeguard on duty, as well as fishing during summer months. Restaurants, bars, and concert halls are all centrally located within 15 minutes of the property. Finally, there are many lakes and state parks that offer hiking, fishing, and swimming within a 20 minute drive of the property, feel free to ask us for recommendations!

Guest access via smart lock. The code will be provided the day of for the duration of your stay, there is a ring camera at the front door. Free parking for up to two vehicles, must display parking pass on dashboard. Hunter Mountain is your backyard! Early check in (anytime before 4PM) or late checkout possible (after 11AM), subject to availability.

The condo is in the Town of Hunter, right above the picturesque Village of Hunter and a few minutes north of the colorful Village of Tannersville. Each has restaurants and shops you will want to check out during your stay.

A short drive down Rt 23A and you will reach Windham, with its ski resort, restaurants, shops, and vineyard/winery.

Go the other way toward Haines Falls to check out Kaaterskill Falls and its surrounding hiking trails, as well as the majestic North South Lake.

Two parking spots are available within 20 feet of the property. Please be sure to place your parking pass on the dashboard.

Walking distance to Hunter Mountain for skiing/snowtubing, ziplining, concerts, and Kaatskill Mountain Club and Spa. Dolan's Lake is 10 minute walk down, and offers a beach with lifeguard during the summer months and fishing.

10-15 minute drive to town of Hunter and Tannersville, and a 30 minute drive on Route 23A to reach the town of Windham, which has Windham Mountain for skiing, restaurants, and a winery.

Please leave all trash in the garbage can (can also put it in the dumpster in the parking lot).
Dogs are sometimes allowed (and welcome as long as they are potty trained), but an extra security deposit of $500 will be requested a week before check in. There will be an extra cleaning fee of $75 upon checkout as well (which we will just take out of your deposit).
