First off I want to say that the gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. I do not remember his name but his customer service was excellent. They could use some help with the maid service to do a better job. We asked to have our room cleaned and all that was done was the trash was emptied and a few towels were given. The floor was not mopped, the beds were not made and the bathroom was not cleaned at all. Very poor service. The only saving grace was the front desk.

I would definitely stay there again. It was clean, quiet and close location to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was great. I especially liked how the hot options were cooked to order and not just sitting there.

Looks absolutely nothing like the photos .The front desk staff was friendly. But it is So dirty, I had a room with a jacuzzi but it was filled with dust and dead bugs that I didn’t even end up using it. The carpet looks like it hasn’t been changed in 20 years.

Wet hair stuck to the bathroom floor… sea food spilled in the fridge from previous person, that was never cleaned and smelled horrible…you have to turn the water on and off every 3 minutes (I was so annoyed, I timed it just for this review) or the shower would go cold. The property looks as if it has NEVER had an upgrade in its entire existence. It was just gross! They couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

It wasn't far of a drive to the beach and to food options near by. Love that the hotel was busy, lots of families there using the pool and such. Staff at check in was very sweet and got me checked in quickly!

Unfortunately the only thing clean in my room was the sheets. I reserved a room with a tub and did not get one. When I called to the front desk she said online reservations don’t guarantee anything. They did switch me to a different room with a tub but it was a very uncomfortable experience.

The location of the property was OK. The room was not very clean dirty sheets as I arrived bathroom at dirt all over to baseboards and around the toilet it was a plug that was strapped in by the air conditioner unit in the room. I thought that was unsafe also
