This hotel is absolutely horrible! They advertise Queen sized beds but all their beds are double-sized. They don’t have enough pillows in each room. The carpets are worn, the wallpaper is cracked, the wood furnishings are chipped and the ceramic floor in common areas is cracked. The property is not well maintained and feels dirty (there was dog poop all over the yard). The front desk is meant to be manned 24 hours but no one is ever there - to ask for pillows, coffee or help. They have a permanent “away for 15 minutes sign” on. Certainly not worth 80/night in low season.

Huntsville Gem. So clean and beautifully designed
This was a wonderful surprise. Compared to same name hotels in the GTA, this was a luxury stay! So clean, so well maintained. Contemporary design and colours. Didn’t have to pay extra for mini fridge and microwave. A delight to stay here. Great service. Best price.

Used to be a salt water pool. We liked that better. It was warm and never crowded. Minimalist rooms. Clean. We have stayed before and will likely stay again. The price is good and staff polite. They were generous to agree to a one hour later than usual check out which was appreciated. If you are expecting something special with extras this is not the place for you. Beds are fine Lots of free parking.

Property was clean and affordable. Last minute stay due to snowstorm. Staff were amazing with out last minute check in and even gave us advice on road conditions know that we were stranded.
