Apple Valley home
The property was very clean and had amazing views. It was not as secluded as it seemed in the listing. It is located in the little town of Apple Valley surrounded by neighbors. The town is rural and quiet, but lots of barking dogs at night (and also coyotes). The drive through town makes you wonder a bit about the neighborhood, but we always felt safe and never had issues. It is about a 30-45 min drive to Zion NP (although you can see the back of the park from the back porch. Overall it was a nice property.

Nice getaway
This home was lovely. A short drive to Hurricane and just a little further to ZiON. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the decks. Louesa, the property manager, was wonderful when communicating with her.

Zion Trip
Beautiful property with spectacular views! The house is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The only thing is that there were some minor maintenance issues with the front door but didn’t prevent it from locking properly and then the AC unit leaked water into the wall and floor on the last day we were there. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. I would stay here again and recommend to others also. Great price for such a spacious house also!

Beautiful Views!
Getting in the property was very easy- no hassle at all. It was very clean and well organized. We loved the mountain views off the deck so much and it was very relaxing. There was enough space for everyone to spread out after a day together. The teenagers enjoyed the lower level with movies and games, plus the garage game room. Sauna was a bonus. Great set up!

Perfect location!
The location was absolutely perfect for visits/activities in Kanab, Kanarra Falls, Grand Canyon - North Rim, and Zion National Park. The house was so very clean and there was so much space for us to congregate as well as spread out. We cooked most dinners in and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Our kiddos are older and we were out and about most days, but the game room would have been so used/appreciated when they were younger. Just a really great spot for a family to vacation and spend quality time together.

Nice Place in a Nice Location
Nice house with plenty of sleeping space and games for the kids. It was about 45 minutes from Zion and 15 to 20 minutes from food and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we needed to.

Family Vacation
This property was just what we were looking for. A short drive to Zion, but far enough away to not feel like we were spending the night in a tourist trap. The house provided plenty of amenities and room for my teens to have their own space, yet come together over some great ping pong tournaments.

Home and location were great! Comfortable for my husband and me; but, also great for a large family or group of friends. Game room was great. Deck overlooking the mountain range was fabulous for sunrise and sunsets.

Exactly what you're looking for
We went on our first trip to Zion and this place was perfect! This clean, updated, comfortable, in a great location with everything you need. Its away from the few other nearby properties so you have good privacy. . .and the VIEWS from this house and beautiful! Sunrises on the deck are stunning. The downstairs is its own living quarters so our three teens loved their privacy and so did us adults who stayed upstairs lol. It's an easy 40mins drive to the park. The detached game room was a hit with everyone in our group. This really is a great property and "exactly what you're looking for."

Great home for family with older teens
We really enjoyed the home’s layout and view. The home was comfortable- with two living arenas to spread out and well appointed kitchen. The home was slightly further away to the parks than we expected - however the views made up for the drive. The owners are responsive and offer a large binder full of resources and suggestions. Highly recommend the property and would stay there again!

The property was very nice and had most everything you need while staying in a home. The stunning views never get old and the night skies are amazing. It was also out of the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to the activities. The only downside to this place is the air had to remain at 74. During the day, we were gone, but at night it got a little warm. They had a few fans, but all the sleeping areas could use a portable air conditioner and a fan. That being said, we realized on the last night, we could have opened the windows upstairs because it gets cold at night. There is a fabulous game room in the garage, which is another reason I chose this place. We would have played a lot more out there, but it was really hot. They need more ac and fans to push the air around. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Also, Louesa, the manager, answered all my questions promptly before and during our stay.
