Located within a short drive of Sand Hollow Reservoir and sand dunes, adventure is never out of reach! Enjoy a day in the sun as you explore the red rocks and cool water, or play in the beautifully formed sand dunes at Sand Hollow. As the sun sets, come home to your own private oasis, complete with a private pool and hot tub in the sanctuary of your own backyard! With all brand new smart TVs and a fire pit outside, you will never run out of night-time activities!

This modern 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathroom home can sleep 10 people comfortably, The master bedroom downstairs features a King bed, as well as a smart TV with cable access provided for your use! The master ensuite bathroom hosts a large jetted tub, double vanity, walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The additional downstairs bedroom features a King bed as well as a brand new smart TV. Upstairs, a King suite hosts another smart TV as well as an ensuite bathroom. To the right, you'll find the bunk room, the bunk room hosts 1 twin bunk, and 1 twin-over-full bunk as well as a smart TV and 2 twin murphy beds. In the loft there is another smart TV as well as access to a large balcony overlooking the beautiful backyard and pool. Please don't book this house, because then we can't book it. Honestly, it was a great place to stay. Plenty of room to Park a big boat in the driveway and still access the garage.

Great Spot for Relaxed Getaway
Home was nice, clean, and as advertised. Hot tub was great and clean. Got some feedback thank bunkbed mattresses were a bit soft but rest of beds were comfortable. Location is as advertised, close to golf at Sand Hollow and good distance from Zion. Be aware there isn’t much around it. It’s in a quiet development without any restaurants in the vicinity. If that’s what you’re looking for it’s great.

Best vacation house
This house is stunning! We were in awe from the moment we walked inside the house! Everything was so clean and ready for us. The management was at all times prompt to assist with anything we needed. All the amenities were great! The pool with adjustable temperature, the coziness of the house. They don’t list enough of the things they actually have ready to make your stay perfect in every way. Fully stocked on linens and kitchen ready for cooking and serve. Smart tv made entertainment so much more relaxing. We watched movies with the kids, played in the back yard with the games they had set up. And to top it off, they have an amazing selection of board games and puzzles ready to add more fun! We can’t wait to book our stay with Red Sands again!

Awesome for family time!
Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The home was so spacious, we spent most of our time in the backyard by the pool and playing corn hole. They have everything you would need to relax and enjoy family. We will definitely book again when staying in the St. George area.

Beautiful home, expected more for the money. Fit and finish of the home wasn't good. Cabinets in the master bathroom were falling apart and held together with screws going straight threw the cabinets. Wood around the out side of the shower was comming apart and ruined from water. Ice maker on the fridge didn't work. Spa tub was full of black mold once it was turned on. Found garbage under beds and couches throughout the house. Half of the BBQ would not work. Not worth the money.

This was a great property. Red Sands was so easy, responsive and great to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable with lots of great space to hang out in as a group. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing and got good use during our stay. Red Sands were very good to work with and the house was great.
The house was very comfy, great kitchen area. There is only some miner issues that needs addressed. 1- the keurig coffee maker dose not work. 2- the door going into the garage from the house the strike for the lock is backward so you can't lock the door. 3- the upstairs shower curtain is mounted all wrong. 4- it would have been nice to have some kleenex in the house. Would I rent this house again, absolutely in a heart beat. Great house, good location.
