Tämä 4500 neliön jalka (Katso video menemällä "Yleiskatsaus") ranta omaisuus on upeimmat auringonlaskua ja auringonlaskua. Annual Family Gathering
Our three generation family has gathered together in California every Thanksgiving week for decades. This year, since our eldest granddaughter is an ob/gyn resident at Brown, we decided to save her a trip and stay on the Cape. We all loved our stay — watching the tides, cooking together. Some of us taking long walks, and visiting with longtime friends who live in the area. The perfect reunion.

Could Not Have Been More Perfect!
This was an unusual situation in that we were getting together to honor and remember three immediate family members we'd lost over the past four years. Cape Cod has always been a special place to us, Hyannis in particular. So there was a lot of pressure as the location could make or break the experience. In making the arrangements I assumed the description of the property had to be slightly exaggerated but the pictures were beautiful, it was pet friendly, and the reviews were all very positive. The description of the property was not an exaggeration at all. It was perfect. Scenic, beyond comfortable, spacious, and the host was very responsive (although we had no questions because she had thought of everything). Thank you for sharing your home. It made a difficult event very comforting.

Absolutely perfect!
Donna is a great host & helped us out quickly with our questions. The property is beautiful & picture perfect. They have thought of everything, yet very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood & a great view of the Hyannis Country Club and you can see the waters edge from every view in the house. We had five couples in our group and each had their own bathroom. Definitely worth booking.

Family celebration
We had a group of older family members (largely 50+) together to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday. The house was beautifully appointed with everything you could need plus lots of other recreational activities available (several family members enjoyed the kayak/canoe). Short run/walk to beaches and into town. The views of the water from the house were spectacular. The host was incredibly responsive and gracious. The family was talking about coming back as we were leaving. highly recommend.

Amazing House
Stayed at this house for our annual cape vacation with our family. The house is beautiful and more than met our high expectations. The house is well cared for and well stocked. It offers a nice flow with a flexible floor plan that provides ample room to gather and space for private time. The water views are amazing - better than the pictures. The hosts, Donna and Felis were easy to work with - hands on. We have been doing the cape for 6 years and this was our best experience. We hope to return next year.

Our extended family stayed to celebrate my Dad’s 70th and the house was perfect! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and the little beach you can walk to is a gem. Recommend going for the Fourth which was a special time to be there for the local parade!

Beautiful property, wonderful hosts
This was our second multigenerational visit to this home and we are already looking forward to the third. We love this property because it's a destination in itself, with a layout featuring plenty of room for both gathering and privacy as well as remarkable water views and access. The recent remodel has added a luxurious first-floor king bedroom with ensuite bath, an inviting dining area that easily accommodates large groups, a spacious kitchen island with generous seating, and a brand-new deck. As always, we appreciated the large fenced yard with its row of Adirondack chairs, which allow adults to relax while kids and dogs safely play; grandparents often caught their breath and a sunset on the private deck off the second-floor master suite. This year we were particularly grateful for the top-notch AC (we visited during a heat wave) and the convenient laundry facilities. It's clear that the hosts are hospitality pros, as they are excellent communicators and spare no effort to ensure the comfort and convenience of their guests. This place sparkles in every way. Highly recommended.

Words cannot describe how fabulous this property was! The views were amazing! The beach is walking distance from the property. It has more than enough of room to accommodate a large number of guest. Everything you would need to make your stay comfortable it was provided. If you had any questions the owners responded quickly. The property is less than 10 minutes from Main Street which is a melting pot of diversity which we loved! If you book this property you will not be disappointed!

Great kitchen, dining room, and plenty of bedrooms allowed for a wonderful friends reunion where everyone had their own space. We cooked big dinners and could all eat together with wonderful water views. Will definitely be back!

Views and
House views were the highlight of our stay. Location on an estuary gave us the chance to observe tides and wildlife not to mention stunning sunrises/sunsets. Extended family members ranging in age from 88 to 57 were able to navigate the multple floors but all would have appreciated comfort height toilets and some grab bars especially in the 1st floor powder room. All in all a pleasant stay.
