Might want to consider transportation and cost when booking here, depending on your arrival flight time. In my case, i flew from HND to ICN and for whatever reasons, most of the flights departed HND at 200 am ish, and arriving 450 am. By the time you get through immigration and customs, the hotel shuttle is still not running (too early), so i caught a cab... 22,000 wons and 20 minute ride from Terminal 2! Even though this hotel is relatively close to the airport, it seems the road network forced the driver to make a circuitous route! But interestingly, going to T1 with the free shuttle was much shorter. So either my assumption was correct, or i got ripped off! They did not offer a day rate so i ended up booking a regular night (and rate), and paying for an additional 4 hours to stay there from 600 am to 400 pm so i could get some sleep in comfort! So travelers using this as a transit hotel where you need to get your luggage, something to consider. But the property and staff were nice. Not much walkable dining options close by.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is very convenient to the airport. There are many food options nearby. And a few really welcoming warm bars nearby.

The towels and fabric chair had stains on them. The mirror in the bathroom had something black across the top that looked like it was burned. The sink didn’t drain. There were brown spots across the surface where the cups in the bathroom were. The desk had one small wooden block to stop it from wobbling that frequently came loose. I ended up sleeping in the rolling chair because I didn’t want to take my chances with the bed.

No heat!!! It was snowing! They finally brought an area heater that helped. Breakfast was awful. Hard beds, no refrigerator.

Close proximity to the airport. Very quiet, bed comfortable, climate comfortable. The man at the desk was very unfriendly and cool towards me. I did not feel comfortable calling the staff when the bathroom lights didn't work because of the unfriendliness. Walls stained and scratched up and haven't been updated in a long time. Grimy in the nooks and crannies. Stains on floor and some furniture. All in all I had a good sleep despite the downsides.

The overall is ok. The sound insulation between the bedroom and bathroom is bad. It's very noisy after the guest in the up floor used the bathroom when it's early morning.
