WaveCrest Villa was fully remodeled in April 2017 and will make you feel pampered and comforted with the level of design detail and the restful nature of this special location. This three bedroom and three bath townhouse in Indialantic-by-the-Sea/Melbourne Beach, Florida, is in a very quiet beach area outside of Melbourne and just completed a renovation, including fully remodeled baths, hardwood and wood grain porcelain flooring, new furnishings, linens and towels. You will be enchanted with the beautiful coastal décor and the panoramic views of the ocean. The living room patio and master balcony open directly to your unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean and your private beachfront area.

Great Girl's Getaway
Had a great time on our girl's getaway. This home was absolutely beautiful. It was so close to walk out on the beach. Beautiful sunrises. Also viewed a rocket lauch right from the beach area. We are talking about returning!

The beach home was the perfect location and we took full advantage of heading to the beach every day. The beach chairs and umbrellas available were very appreciated too! The master bedroom had an incredible view and sleeping with the waves right outside was a wonderful break from our normal reality! Thank you for hosting us in the lovely little jewel of a town.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was clean, quiet, and a few steps to the beach. First time to this area for spring break and it was great if you like a quieter beach setting. Very close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean. The owner needs to make a few tweaks handles in the bathtub upstairs need to be fixed. The refrigerator had a problem with ice inside on door. downstairs bedroom Fan light switches did not work the way they should’ve, the closet door was locked in the downstairs bedroom, so there was no place to hang your clothes. The downstairs bedroom did not have a chair or bench to put on your shoes. Other than a few minor tweaks. The place was perfect. I’m just telling you this, so that the owner would know

Nice location and gorgeous view off of the master balcony! There is a unit being remodeled that caused a lot of noise and disturbance that is close by. We were not able to enjoy the unit as we had hoped due to the noise. I would also suggest new single mattresses. They were extremely uncomfortable! Otherwise, the unit was decorated nicely and looked just like the photos online!

Fantastic property with beautiful views on a virtually private beach. Townhouse was well appointed and very clean. The property was great with a backyard as well as easy beach access. We would certainly stay here again if traveling in the area. A truly great property and wonderful experience.

Just as described!
Very responsive property management. Lovely location. The balcony off the master bedroom is our favorite place to be. Convenient to stores and restaurants but feels very private and away from the more crowded beaches. Fun to watch the space launches. (One warning: there were lots of rip current warnings while we were here so extra caution is to be used if getting in the ocean.)

Great property and great owners!
Because of the Southwest fiasco, our flights changed and we were arriving much earlier than scheduled. The owners quickly accommodated the change and started the trip off as well as we could hope. Property was great. Balcony off the master looks on the beach. Close to restaurants and anything else we wanted. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Wonderful time and we’d definitely come back here.

Seriously, the view from the master is out of this world. This property is directly on the beach. Morning sunrises were AMAZING. The beach was never crowded. Would go back to this location in a heartbeat.

This property was exactly as described and right on the beach. Gorgeous! My family and I had a great time, and even survived Hurricane Nicole while there. Condo never lost power, we felt very safe, and the property manager even dropped off extra supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was great! Beautiful views and a short walk to a private beach so you don’t have to fight for space! We even got to see baby turtles hatching & dolphins swimming in the ocean! The home was clean & had plenty of linens & kitchen utensils to make it feel like home away from home! The hosts were GREAT to accommodate our twin toddlers & had options to make it kid friendly…the baby gate was a huge plus! Communication was great & we could even check in earlier than 4 pm! If we come back to the area, we’ll Devi Italy book again!

Amazingly private beach get away!
My family stayed for 6 days/5 nights and everything went perfectly :) more than enough linens, towels, kitchen equipment, etc. Access to the beach was immediately outside the patio door, the beach was private and we were never sharing the space with more than a couple other families. The view from the upper and lower sliding doors was gorgeous. Close to a ton of fishing spots, restaurants, and kitschy shopping. The owner contacted us the day before check in to let us know the property was available earlier in the day than expected and that was much appreciated! I would absolutely stay here again.
