Check in was wonderful. Quick and easy, had couple issues with room though. Heat was turned off when entering the room for first time, took longer than expected for shower to heat up, and noticed faded out blood spots on sheet. But definitely enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back later on, hopefully under warmer conditions though.

Overall the hotel was great. Our complaint is that we qere thwre Friday-Monday and received no housekeeping. We had to go to the fro t deak for clean towels. (Not the end of the world, but an inconvenience)

Overall the hotel was great. Our only complaint is that we were there Friday-Monday and received no housekeeping. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels. (Not the end of the world, but an inconvenience) The front desk was helpful answering questions about the city and attractions.

Upon arrival the customer service we received was absolutely amazing! The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and informative! However when we got to our room (on the 3rd floor) we found a gunshot hole in our window covered up with duct tape.. it even had holes in the curtain where it had gone through! This was very unsettling. Outside of that our stay was okay.
