Stressful stay with terrible communication

We had lots of issues with this stay. The host didn’t send check in info until I reached out to customer support the morning we were supposed to check in. The internet didn’t work for the first 14 days. It would connect for a couple minutes and then disconnect for 20-30 minutes at a time constantly until a field supervisor from the internet provider came out and finally fixed it on day 14. During the entire stay the host was extremely difficult to get ahold of. I had to reach out to support numerous times and have them reach out to the host to even get a response. On day 15 we found a cockroach in the rental and decided to end our stay early. We left and found a different rental immediately. Overall the stay was very stressful and unpleasant. In the end the host was apologetic and offered a partial refund for the early check out and also for the issues we experienced. We would not book this rental again under any circumstance.

Cozy and Convenient

I needed a quiet place to relax during a 5 day visit to family and this was perfect. Despite subfreezing temperatures outside, the place was cozy and warm and sidewalks were clear - the host even provided a bucket of salt and a shovel in case it snowed in the night! Kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of clean towels.

Clean & Comfortable

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Loved the large windows and high ceilings that let the sun in for a bright, cheerful home. Will stay there again next time we are in the area.
