Staff morally and physically exhausted but tremendously caring for clients, they need help for sure and the General Manager can bless his team members without which his establishment would probably be empty because, from a professional point of view, there are some unacceptable things, never saw such a mess!
Thank you very much to my waitress in the evening, lovely Lady and to the bartender, nice Lady too, I saw their working conditions and nevertheless, they did not stop smiling and worrying about my well-being.
Don't be too hard on these ladies and this team. On the other hand, noisy room air conditioner, only American TV channels (shame!): hello! Indianapolis INTERNATIONAL airport. So what about German, English, Spanish and French channels? At least Arte, BBC, TVE and TV5 Monde?
