First, the front desk had ko idea what Vrbo, was, had no idea of my reservation. I had to wait in the lobby for 10-15 min. while they figured it out. Then they needed to charge my card a 100 deposit for incidentals and for some reason their system wouldnt take my card which they got a weird error message for which i had to wait again another 10-15 min. while they figured it out. The lobby smelled of pot and was dirty. The continental breakfast which was in the listing was non-existant. The room, at least, was fairly clean. I was on the fourth floor and was out all day. When i got back, my keycard didnt work, so i had to go back down to the lobby to get them to re-program it. Same thing happened the next night. Highly dont recommend. Another lady was in the lobby when i checked in that the room she had booked online, the hotel didnt even offer. Dont stay here.
