Basic hotel, good price, good breakfast.
This was a quick overnight stay on our way home from a weekend away. The beds were good, the room clean. I would say the only issue we had was trying to get the room cool enough. The air conditioning fan was really loud and just didn’t work the best. The hotel was easy to get to, it was right off the interstate. Would definitely stay again.

The bathroom is not greats zero vanity. No where to put “your stuff”. Sink is immediately next to tub, which is a weird position. Plenty of room to have counter space but there is none. You can’t put a cup of coffe down while you apply makeup… no room for anything. Floor space is available…it’s not small, just poorly designed. Disappointed.

Stayed in room 108. A large, loud group was in the breakfast room til1 am and vacuuming started at 3:30 am. The sound carried so much that they might as well have been in our room. Nice enough place other than that

The first morning the breakfast was great. The second morning the hospitality person did not show up so the breakfast was spotty. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

After landing at Indy airport and getting out to the area where all the hotel shuttles are, I called the hotel asking when the shuttle will come. The person who answered the phone told me the shuttle will arrive at 1pm. It was 12:34pm when I called. We waited until 1:20pm and got on a shuttle with a Fairfield Inn & Suites label. When we got there we realize it was the wrong Fairfield. That means the shuttle for this Fairfield Airport never came! I doublechecked my call history and confirmed I did call the right hotel. We ended up having to pay for our own Uber to get to the hotel! When we got to the hotel, we complained this to the staff member there and he said he would talk to his manager about giving us 5000 reward points. But it never happened! Also, one of the evenings they had this prize wheel by the reception desk. We played and landed on the 5000 points slot. The staff member asked our room number and he said he got my member ID so it will be added to my account. Again, this never happened. The room was OK. The beds' fitted sheets are so small that they did not cover the depth of the mattress. They came off multiple times during our stay. One positive thing is the employee who took care of preparing breakfast was fabulous. She was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast choices were quite good!
