Good for a quick stay. The bathroom/shower was not in the best condition but for one night it was more than enough. Big room, comfortable beds, everything else was good!

Property was great and staff was very friendly. Restaurant was nice to have on site. But what was disappointing was when we went to get the shuttle at 5:15 in the morning, there was no shuttle and we had to call a taxi. I know these things happen but when you're traveling and you made a special point of setting up a hotel with 24-hour to the airport this was not appreciated. And then it was up to us to call the taxi and pay the taxi. Of course we we're given an email to send a receipt to but the hotel only covered $22 and the taxi was $25. So not sure we would stay there again on our next trip out of Indianapolis.

The room smelled musty, like it has not been used in a while, we thought it would smell better after we cranked up the AC but it did not help. We arrived after midnight and were too tired to ask to change rooms.

my room didn't get cleaned one night. sun 9/22. had to go down stairs to get towels breakfast was poor. one elevator was down. used the stairs to the 3rd floor. fire alarm went off at 5;30 am on sunday and monday. will not stay there next year during the races
