The Staff Rocks!
Staff were very helpful and polite such as Mayur. The Valet staff...Kudos to Robert and Sabrina and their staff. Awesome! We arrived late because I had a full days work and long traffic delay because of construction. Thanks to the staff who were very friendly and helpful...our transition from a long day to a relaxing evening was heaven... Highly recommend this place!

Overall the stay was great. My group was very satisfied with the room amenities. My only complaint is a random small charge added from the “gift shop” that had no further description or proof of purchase that happened on a day we were mostly gone. It made me a bit skeptical of the front desk staff who had no further information on the charge nor offered to look into it.

The stay was great,.comsidering the chaos from the TS fans. Breakfast was a one star. There were no plates available. There was a couple of cereal choices and bagels. There was supposd to be warm food, but the trays were empty. My daughter liked making her own waffle.

We liked the location on the canal & the security of key access elevator. The price for the daily parking was higher than Chicago! Which they didn’t make obvious in the descriptiion of the hotel. It just said parking available. I don’t think they expected people to use the kitchette because there was no dishwasher soap or towels. Also the glassware was dirty so we used the disposable ones from the breakfast buffet, which was average. One & done for this property.
