The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants a block away! Amazing atmosphere right down the street! There's a local park just north of the house as well with plenty of hiking trails!

There is a bus stop that picks you up directly across the street from the house. You can take it north or south for only $2 to go visit different parts of the city. Can take you all the way downtown in about 25 minutes (with stops).

The stairs going up to the master bedroom are a bit steep compared to normal steps, just FYI! It's nothing crazy steep but they are more steep than usual.

Comfortable and Cozy home
We needed a place to stay during our mother’s lengthy stay at St Vincent hospital. This place was comfortable and affordable and clean and provided a home base for our family while we care for her. Lucas was very responsive and helpful with check-in and check-out. We were very pleased with the property.

Perfect spot for a fun weekend getaway
Everything about our experience was flawless. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs. The entire house was very clean and well supplied. The basement hangout was perfect for our group of friends and we even got to enjoy the patio and grill out back. The location was outstanding as well - a 20 minute drive to downtown and lots of good bars and restaurants only a half mile away. It checked all of the boxes for our guy's weekend and we would absolutely book it again!

Enjoyed our stay. Host was very helpful and communication was always quick. We were in Indy for a band event that lasted several days so this house was perfect and had everything we needed, plus close to places to eat. The shower pressure would be my only complaint.

We are old friends in different states who meet up in Indy twice a year for a 24 hour gab session. Overall, comfortable seating and beds. Was slightly disappointed there was no wood for the firepit and an electric tea kettle would have been nice but got along fine with the microwave.

Cute house/great location
We enjoyed this cute little house during a long weekend stay. We loved using the grill, the fire pit and hanging out in the basement. There are some great restaurants in walking distance and the cute Broad Ripple section is close. There's a Kroger store up on 86, as well as grocery and convenience stores along College. I didn't give a perfect 5 for cleanliness. We asked if it was possible to check in early because we were picking up things that went in the fridge. I think they might have rushed a little in the kitchen to accommodate us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good. It wasn't anything big, but it wasn't as detailed as other parts of the house. It could also be me being picky.

Beautiful home with modern updates. Outdoor space a big plus. Clean and convenient to shops and activities. Safe neighborhood. Home was roomy and allowed for adult children to have their own space. Will stay here again when visiting family.

Nice Place
We were in Indy for GenCon and were at the convention center most of the time. Didn't really do much more than sleep, shower, and store our stuff in the house. It was adequate for our needs. Much better than a motel.

Perfect little getaway
We were in town to see a concert, the location was prefect! We were able to walk to and from dinner and venue. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and had plenty of space for our group. Would look to stay here again next time we are in the area!

Cobwebs everywhere. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, fridge was dirty both inside and out, sticky juice down the walls of the kitchen, fire pit has a broken bottle in it, cigarette butts all over the deck, bathrooms were clean, bedrooms were clean except for the cobwebs

Lots of Room for several guests
A relatively nice old house with several bedrooms. The beds we slept in were great! We didn't sleep upstairs (the stairs are indeed very steep) but we did use the renovated shower up there, which was very nice. The enclosed former front porch was also nice since it was a bit rainy during our stay. Besides having to deal with a smoke alarm that needed a new battery, it was disappointing that the ice-maker on the fridge didn't work. Though there were ice trays, apparently you have to put them in the left freezer for them to freeze. Although we rented the house for family that weren't able to come, my husband and I enjoyed our stay.

The house is just as described in listing. House has lots of character very cute. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Luke the owner great for communicating. The area very quiet more than enough parking on the property. Tons of restaurants less than 2 miles from house and attractions all near by. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location
We had some early issues with communication. There was supposed to be a binder with all the instructions in it. After looking in every closet, under furniture, I reached out to Luke for some advice. I did not get a response until the next day. We eventually found it under a sofa cushion. Not ideal for toddlers. We had two. The furniture has sharp corners, none of the drawers have baby locks. Layout of the house is good. Not much heat in upstairs room so closet and bathroom very

Great House, Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and we loved the fire pit! Favorite part was hanging out in the basement on that comfy couch and watching Home Alone!! We stayed in Indianapolis to go to all of the Goodwill Outlet stores in the area and this was the perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. We had a great time, thank you!!

Perfect Girls Weekend
This home was perfect for three adult women staying for a girls weekend. This property could not be in a better location for the type of activities we were looking for. The house was in a safe and quiet neighborhood, but also such a short walk for restaurants, shopping, bars and pretty views. We appreciated the owner's suggestions for dining in the book for guests and especially loved Flatwater. Driving to nearby shopping and dining locations was easy and stress-free. When we weren't out and about, we really enjoyed morning coffee in the sun room and utilized the deck every day. The lights on the deck were an enjoyable bonus and we were able to use the firepit one night. All three of us thought our beds were very comfortable and had nice sheets & pillows. The upstairs master was amazing. I had excellent communication with the owner anytime it was needed, including for questions before our arrival. We highly recommend and would stay here again!
