Clean and comfy

Overall, great hotel. Staff that checked us in was so sweet! She helped us out when we couldnt get in our room. Room was clean and quiet at night. It did have a little bit of a smoke smell in the room, even though I requested a non smoking room, but it didnt interfere with my stay as it was just a slight odor and we sprayed freshener. Would definitely stay again.

I fortunately was not in need of it, but the seat in the shower was not usable, it was completely pulled out of one side of the wall. The parking lot was not cleared of snow and ice and was very slippery

The desk clerk I talked to was super nice. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled terrible. I don't believe the sheets were actually washed, although everything else was cleaned and towels were folded nicely. I did like the soap dispenser. I stay here because it's inexpensive.
