The amazing pool is 80 feet long and 55 feet wide with an island and built in seating. It has stunning water features including a water curtain which provides seating underneath along with afternoon shade. The evening lighting is 2nd to none and is amazing on warm desert evenings. For those looking to cool off in the summer, there are patio misters along with the option to chill the pool. The yard also features beach sand throughout which is comfortable on your feet at all temperatures.

Inside, the home features vaulted ceilings with warm architectural detailing and large windows create a bright and open space, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

You'll be able to spread out between six bedrooms, each uniquely decorated to create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The primary ensuite has a large soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. And for those who want to stay indoors, the living room has a pool table for hours of fun.

The spacious kitchen with a large island and barstool seating is the perfect place to whip up a meal for your family and friends. And when it's time to eat, head outside to the outdoor dining area and enjoy your meal while taking in the stunning Indio sunsets.

Pool Heat fee:
Pool Heating is not available June-September. Please notify us a minimum of 48 hours prior to your reservation if you would like pool heat.

Pool heat Only - (February 15th-May 31st + October 1-November 15th) $250/day.
Pool and Spa heat(year round) - $500/day (6 hours per day spa heat)
Spa Only - $250 per 6 hour period.
Pool Chillers(summer only) - $200/day

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. 16 guests max although additional daytime guests can be considered with owner permission. All pets must be approved prior to booking. Renter must respect neighborhood tranquility at all times and not play outdoor music that can be heard by any neighbors.

City ordinance 95C stipulates that the use or operation of any sound production or reproduction device, radio receiving set, musical instrument, drums,
phonograph, television set, loud speakers, sound
amplifier or other similar machine or device for the
producing or reproducing of sound in such a manner
as to disturb the peace, quiet, or comfort of any
reasonable person of normal sensitivity in any area
of the city is prohibited.
Remember you are renting in a residential neighborhood. Keep any music to an appropriate level. Residents are not on vacation and should not be expected to be subjected to your personal taste in
music. The surrounding neighbors have access to a
Complaint HOTLINE that they may call to file a
complaint. The homeowner or an appointed agent
will be expected to respond to any complaint within
45 minutes or the Police will be called. City ordinances governing short-term rentals and noise control are strictly enforced.
The Police and Code Enforcement Officers carry
decibel meters and can monitor your sound levels.
Failure to comply with any City ordinance may result
in a citation, fine, eviction, or imprisonment. In the case of
multiple short-term rental violations, home owners
can lose their short-term rental privilege
