Don't really know what to say
We had BIG expectations of this Hotel. Like 5 star hotel, large rooms and not even that bad rates. So we booked room for 7 nights with my husband. Allmost sounds like too good to be true right? Well it was far away from good! First the Hotel is middle of nowhere. Very isolated place. We don't drive a car, so we had to take taxi to everywhere, and it became very expensive. When we get to the hotel there is security guards at the driveway. We got in to reception and check in was fast, but the deposit was high something like 1000 MYR. But when we got to the room, i was in shock. In hotels.com/expedia the rooms are like 1 bedroom, with livingroom and kitchen. Well it was 2 bedrooms+livingroom and kitchen. The bedrooms were very small, and they told us that we have to just close the other bed rooms door and not to use it because we should pay extra then. Room was VERY dirty, there were some kids drawings on the walls, food on the carpet, curtains were ripped, bed was small, ac was leaking and we didn't even have kitchen tools. Not really what u would expect your dream holiday in 5 star Hotel right? Well after all the hotel room was cleaned, they painted even the drawings and we got kitchen tools (notice: u won't get them if u don't stay 7 nights and the tools are terrible). Pool and running area is beautifull, and after all we started to enjoy. But there was too much negative at the beginning that i don't recommend this place and won't stay in Best Western again.
