Islamorada Florida tunnetaan Florida Keysin urheilukalastuspääkaupungina. "Sunrise Haven" on puolivälissä Key Westin ja Manner-Floridan välillä. Atlantin valtameren rantahotelli sijaitsee lähellä Islamoradan sydäntä Mile Marker 80. 6: lla Vanhalla moottoritiellä Ylä-Matecumbe Keyssä. Kolmen makuuhuoneen, 3 täyden kylpyammeen monitasoinen huoneisto sijaitsee kolmen kerroksen rakennuksen kahdella ylemmällä tasolla yksityisyyden lisäämiseksi. Siinä on kaksi parveketta merelle / uima-altaalle. Yläkerrassa on makuuhuone, vierashuone # 1 ja täysi pesutupa. Makuuhuoneessa on baarikeittiö / mini-keittiö, jossa jääkaappi, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin teelle, vaatehuone, merinäköala oleva parveke ja valtava kylpyhuone, jossa suuri poreallas, erillinen suihkutila ja kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. Yläkerran vierashuoneessa on kaksi parivuodetta ja pääsy toiseen kylpyhuoneeseen. Alemmalla tasolla on avoin ruokailutila, keittiö ja loistava huone, jossa on baarikeittiö, HDTV DVR: llä ja stereot. Upea huoneen koillismuuri on kaksi sarjaa liukuisia lasiovia, jotka avautuvat turvatulle parvekkeelle, jossa on oleskelualue ja pöytä ruokailua varten ulkona. Alemman tason toisessa vierashuoneessa on queen-kylpyhuone, täysin varustettu kylpyhuone. Graniittikeittiössä on laadukkaat laitteet ja ruokailu- / baari-alue, jossa on uloste. Keittiössä on kaikki tarvittavat pienet kodinkoneet, keittiövälineet, tarjoilupalat, ruokailuvälineet jne. Kaikissa huoneissa on HDTV ja kaapelirasiat.

Sunrise Havenissa on X-1-Comcast-kaapelijärjestelmä, ääni-etäaktivointi ja nopea asunto-Internet-yhteys. Sinun ei tarvitse tietää kanavanumeroa, puhut vain kaukosäätimen "ESPN" tai "ABC" tai "NBC" tai elokuvan nimen kanssa, ja kaapelirasia vastaa HD-kanavaan.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at the Condo. Checking was so very easy and the host was very helpful with suggestions for dining and activities close by. The condo is very well equipped with everything you might need and directions for use. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything making it very easy. The beds are comfortable, the balcony is lovely and the pool and beach are very nice. Loved having all the beach toys to use as well! Thank you again for making the vacation so easy to plan!

Islamorada Treasure!
This amazing condo sits directly on the ocean and has absolutely gorgeous sunrises! The pool is huge and never felt crowded. Chairs all over the place outside to comfortably sit. Loved the hammock and hot tub too! The condo itself is decorated very nice with cute little touches throughout. It is well stocked with all kinds of spices for cooking your catch of the day! It fits 6 people very comfortably. The mattresses were very high quality and super comfy! Steve and Kathy were on the ball with sending emails ahead of time letting us know all the procedures and giving us direction on things to do while there. Their son Jeff was right there for us if we needed anything at all. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to have a fabulous trip with family or friends!

Luxury condo in perfect location with outstanding communication with the owner!
Wonderful week in a beautifully decorated and very comfortable luxury condo. The owner was very communicative from start to finish. His son met us at check in and check out to acquaint us with the property and answer any questions we may have. The unit was stocked with kitchen spices and many other staples that made using the beautiful kitchen easy. We enjoyed grilling at the outdoor kitchen by the pool and beach areas. We enjoyed using the owner's kayaks. We felt like we were at our own beach property--not a rental. Location, location, location!! There are not many areas in the Keys that are this quiet yet walkable to so many wonderful restaurants ands shops! Maison Residences is off of a side road, not on busy US1 Unit 306 is an ideal location within the property. We enjoyed the covered outdoor porch immensely!

Great Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The entire process from booking to checking out was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool, watching wildlife from the dock and while kayaking and using the SUP. We had an issue with one kayak and the property manager quickly replaced it - even though we were ok using just one during our stay. The home is well equipped and stocked - anything you could need was there. Only downside was the primary bedroom did not have any type of screen on the lanai door so you could not keep it open while sleeping - and that is the only window/natural airflow option for that room. We would stay again if in the Keys!

Everything we needed for a great Keys vacation
We couldn't have asked for a better first-time trip to the Florida Keys. Sunrise Haven is in an ideal location--with quick access to (good!) restaurants, shopping, supplies, and activities, while also feeling secluded and private with its own small beach, a cove for kayaking and paddleboarding (where we saw sharks, lobsters, rays, and an iguana), and a really nice resort-y pool area. This was one of our favorite VRBO stays. We traveled with our older teenagers (17 and 19) and both the condo and complex were perfect. We observed that families staying with small kids also had a great time. It's very family friendly, and I would feel very comfortable staying there without kids, as well. Sunrise Haven itself is beautiful and comfortable. The owners were kind and helpful; it was nice to meet them in person and know that they were close by. The condo features a fully stocked kitchen (including every utensil and small appliance we could've wished for) that made cooking and grilling at home a pleasure, plenty of beach towels, a huge covered lanai, great views, and really comfortable beds! We really enjoyed the standup paddle boards and would have used the kayaks if we'd had more time--it was such a bonus to have them, as well as water shoes and assorted beach items. I look forward to returning. Thank you!

Amazing!!!!
Such a fabulous place to stay; the condo was great & the local area was fab. Everything had been thought of to make our stay just perfect: from providing sandwich bags, a drawer of spices, kayaks, SUP’s, pool towels, candles and good quality wine glasses! If we wanted it, it magically seemed to be there. The complex is also kept in the best condition: the pool was a perfect temperature, the fire pit at night was lovely and we made good use of the communal BBQs. One of the paddles for the SUP broke and Steve was there the next morning with a replacement. It really couldn’t have been any better.

This was a wonderful stat for us. We head to the Keys a couple times a year. Nice pool, jacuzzi was under construction, but the grounds were nice and the rental was great! Everything you need to cook, spices, blender, toaster, coffee pot etc. well supplied. They had plenty of linens and towels. The bedrooms were nice and for once I can say…. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and so were the pillows! After a busy day it was nice to sleep in a comfy bed like home! They also had a crib, high chair and playpen for our 11 month old granddaughter. Makes traveling so much easier. They have kayaks and paddle boards, some fishing gear, but we didn’t use it. We were out in Marathon with our favorite Guide. Todd with Snag & Drag Sportfishing, although I hear there’s plenty of great guides in Islamorada as well!!! Thanks again for the great hospitality!

Great Place with Everything Needed
The stay at this unit could not have been better. To start, the owner was outstanding during the entire process. From the initial contact prior to booking to the communication leading up to check-in, I could not have expected more. As for the unit itself, the unit has everything you need for a great stay, full stocked kitchen, adequate space for relaxing, wonderful pool and deck area. I defiantly recommend this unit to anyone looking to relax and enjoy a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

Loved it!!!
We have stayed at other places on vbro and this unit is by far the best unit we have ever stayed in. If you're wanting to be in the Florida Keys, this is the place to stay. Nice small beach for the kids, and close to go either direction for restaurants. If I knew the dates we could go next year, I would have paid my deposit while we were there. My kids work schedules drive our avaible dates and they don;t know year what their vacation windows will be for next year yet. Can't go wrong by staying at his place.

All i can say is AWESOME!
What a great place , perfect set up for us, beach , beautiful Resort style pool, paddle board and kayaks included. if you want a great place to stay in Islamorada , this is it , across the street from the Square Grouper sunset bar and walking distance to several Restaurants and bars. Nice , very well maintained in a gated community with covered parking for multiple vehicles. We already reserved for next year !

Great stay
It was our first time traveling with our infant son. Steven had everything! Even a crib and high chair which is a dream for new parents. The condo was fully stocked, super clean, and an amazing location. He also sent over his son to help us get settled with the infant items. The community spaces were always quiet and clean. We will definitely be back. It was truly the best experience we could have asked for during a first trip.

Wonderful vacation
The condo had everything we needed. It was comfortable, relaxing and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the pool, dining and shopping. Lower bedroom was perfect for me since stairs are a problem. I would recommend a safety bar in that bathroom. The owner was available for any problems but it all went smoothly. Very clean and updated.

Wonderful week in the Keys
We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying at Steve and Kathys condo, Sunrise Haven. No detail was overlooked and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The location is just perfect, as we visited Key West, but spent most of our time in Islamorada. We cant think of one negative thing to say and we definitely will be booking another vacation here again. Thanks again Steve and Kathy!

We had a wonderful week staying at Sunrise Haven - the home was lovely and well kept and had everything we could possibly need. Steve and Kathy were lovely to work with and very attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent Location and View
The unit was perfect, and the view is marvelous. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the evenings looking out over the Atlantic. The place has everything you need for a vacation stay. The multi-unit property is well maintained, and the pool is very nice. The owners are committed to ensuring your needs are met. Steve has put together an extensive list of places to see and good restaurants in the area. In the unit, should you need something, it will be found in one of the well labeled drawers or cabinets. All of the light and fan switches are labeled and that makes it easy since the place is so big. The owners have it all together on making sure you stay goes off without a hitch. As for the location - centrally located in the Keys and 90-minute drive to Key West. We rented a boat from Robbie's which is a must experience destination. We definitely recommend this rental and may return in the future.

Condo itself was outstanding. Super nice and clean. Fit our needs perfectly. Pool was really nice. Only thing I would recommend is checking to see how bad the Sargassum grass is on the Keys. When it washes up it creates a horrible smell that you can smell about anywhere on the islands and coats the beaches making them basically unusable. This is an issue for all the Keys, not this specific property, but if hanging out on the beach is a big deal for your trip you need to check first to make sure it is usable.
