This 5-bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom airy and bright home is located in the private, gated beach community of Ocean Point in Wild Dunes. This beautiful home is sure to make your beach vacation the best vacation yet with ocean views from the rooftop deck and lagoon driving range views from the back patios. This is the closest home to the Ocean Point community beach access. The home contains a reverse floor plan with the kitchen on the top floor allowing for cooking and dining to the adjoining patio with views. Property has an elevator for easy access to upper levels servicing the first through third floors. The main living room is open concept with a vaulted ceiling. There are three master suites with en-suite bathrooms, each have covered porches. There is a 4th-floor bonus room and wet bar. There is a rooftop deck with ocean views which are great for entertaining, sunrises and sunset viewing! Ocean Point has the best community pool in Wild Dunes with tranquil ocean views and jacuzzi. The beach access is far away from crowds and a favorite spot for dolphin viewing.

Golfers take note - Wild Dunes offers two 18-hole courses designed by Tom Fazio. The Links and Harbor Courses are consistently ranked among the top designed courses.

Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays.

Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

Bath Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from Iocal partners.

Please note - The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Great house
This was our second time staying at 12 Ocean Point. We loved our week there. Our one A/C went out on Sunday and they had someone out there within the hour to fix it. Very responsive. The location is great, right across from the beach and a few houses from the pool. Everything was top-notch. Would highly recommend it for a large family.

Balconies galore!
Not only was this property immaculately clean, it has several balconies off each bedroom. This property has an en suite with every bedroom. 3 of the bedrooms are "master suites" The Top floor has an open bedroom (like an office) with a very LARGE TV and day bed along with a private bedroom, full bath with tub and outdoor deck that overlooks the OCEAN. Great spot for a family vacation -lot's of room to spread around.

Amazing Stay!
The house and experience was absolutely amazing! The community was spectacular and the privacy entrance to the beach and pool was a super plus. Not to mention the private bathrooms on every bedroom and the elevator topped it off for us all. I had most amazing short and sweet bday weekend. We will certainly come back again and share this amazing stay with others!

Perfect House in IOP
So pleased with this house and definitely exceeded our expectations! Excellent communication/assistance from the property managers both before and during the trip. The house was super super clean (and this is coming from neat freaks!) and very well stocked. The location was amazing with the quiet beach just across the street and a short boardwalk stroll. We had a golf cart which I highly recommend renting (we rented from just beachy- they were awesome) to get up to the resort amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed riding up there for ice cream, a snack, etc. and also rode to the marina for meals. The layout of the house was also great, providing privacy for all parties with the en suite baths. The top floor with the twin bedroom and small bonus area was absolutely perfect for kids/tweens. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and hope to return. The only watch out is the property has lots of stairs so if you have very young ones/infants, may need to bring a gate. Great property… thank you!!

Fabulous house in Ocean Point!
Our stay was amazing in Ocean Point! The house was exactly as pictured and immaculately clean upon our arrival. Kudos to the cleaning crew!!! It was the cleanest and nicest house we’ve stayed at on Isle of Palms and worth every penny. The location was quiet and serene with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets almost every day. Our adult children joined us and there was plenty of room for all to be together, yet space to have alone time. We were pleasantly surprised there were 3 large King bedrooms, all with private decks! (2 were master suites with large bathrooms.) The beds were comfortable. Each bedroom in the house has an ensuite bathroom plus a half bathroom off the living area. The decor was calming and comfortable with beautiful artwork throughout. The deck furnishings were upgraded from those displayed in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise! We spent a lot of time on the decks…it was so nice and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the wildlife around the lagoon with daily visits of Heron, Ibis, Ducks, Raptors and Deer. It was even fun to see the turtles poke the heads up out of the water. However, we didn’t see the alligator. The elevator was used frequently and was handy getting luggage and groceries in as I am mobility challenged. Proximity to the beach path made daily beach walks a reality, we even saw the wild dolphins frolicking close to shore - a trip highlight! My son and his wife had to work during our stay and the top floor made a perfect office away from us! We loved that the kitchen was stocked with better cookware, plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils., pots and pans of decent quality, your choice of coffee makers and a pleasant surprise of spices and herbs. The ice maker was used frequently. This home had a water filter x 4 resulting in the best tasting quality of water on the island…a plus for us! Although we didn’t use it, the pool and hot tub was just a short walk away. We found some delightful restaurants for take out dinners on the nights we didn’t want to cook. Hugh was a pleasure to work with during these challenging times and responded quickly to any questions. Thank you to the owners for offering their beautiful house to us…we would love to return!!!

Wonderful Place
My family and I loved this house! Beautiful and spacious, this house allows you room to spend time by yourself as well as gather with others for a leisurely dinner on the deck as the never-ending breeze keeps you cool and comfortable. The private beach is an easy, short walk away. Pleasure can be had even walking the neighborhood filled with luxurious houses, stately oaks, and innumerable palm trees. Access to the clean and beautiful pool is yet another plus. And…by the way, the beds are very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing home on Ocean Point. The home was beautifully updated & decorated! We loved the individual suite style for all bedrooms & lovely views off of multiple balconies. The beach, golf & tennis were very accessible & beautiful! We enjoyed our stay & hope to return again!

Beautiful and Private House
Communication with the manager, Hugh was very good. He answered our questions we had prior to arrival very quickly. Check in was simple and accurate. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for the week. Fresh linens and plenty of towels, and even nice plush towels for the beach or pool. The pool was not heated and pretty chilly. But you couldn't beat the access to the private beach right across the street. The house is at the tip of the island so it's very private but can be a bit of haul to get to anything back closer to town. Overall we enjoyed the house very much and would highly recommend for future guest.

Beautiful home by the beach
The house was beautiful and immaculate. The beach access is across the street and pool is just a few house away. A great retreat for families or a couples trip. We rented bikes and enjoyed the riding all around the Wild Dunes resort. While much of the reset dining was still closed, there were numerous great restaurants nearby. Plan ahead and rent beach chairs and umbrellas!

Beautiful home - convenient to beach and pool
This home is beautiful. Hugh, property manager, is very responsive. He even changed out a few light bulbs for us. The beach is right across the street and pool is an easy walk. The house has a lot of stairs. With small kids we brought 3 gates and relied heavily on elevator. The only restaurant open the resort right now is also very close by. It is a bit of a drive to outside of the resort restaurant options, so that’s a trade off for the privacy of the location. Overall we loved the home and highly recommend.
