Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on 5 tilavaa makuuhuonetta, joissa on 4 kylpyhuonetta. Kolme makuuhuonetta tarjoaa king-vuoteet, kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on sviitti. Kolmas kuningas makuuhuoneessa on kylpyamme, jossa on 2 erillistä makuuhuonetta. Viidennessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta ja oma kylpyhuone. Suuresta kuistilta, josta on näkymät viheriölle, pääsee kahdessa ensimmäisessä kerroksessa olevasta makuuhuoneesta. Hissi pääsee autotallin tasolta kolmanteen kerrokseen.

Toisessa kerroksessa on suuri avoin pohjaratkaisu, jonka avulla perhe voi rentoutua ja nauttia keittiöstä, ruokailu- ja olohuoneesta. Tämä koti on runsaasti istuimet sen kaksi ruokapöydät (paikkaa 20) ja baari istuimet 3 pois keittiöstä, joten suunnittelu aterioita ja toimintaa tuulta. Olohuoneessa on kaksi sohvaa ja pääsy etupuolelle turvattuun kuistiin, jossa voit nauttia aterioita tai rentoutua ja nauttia lempeästä merituulesta. Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa on ruostumattomia laitteita ja kahvinkeitin, tekee ruoanlaitosta tuulta. Makuuhuone on myös tässä kerroksessa ja jakaa suuren kylpyhuoneen, jossa on puutarha-amme ja suihkukaappi. Master-sviitissä on yksityinen pääsy turvattuun kuistiin. Great home; no problems!

This house fits a lot of people and is also well stocked for the amount of people it can hold (pots, pans, plates etc). We stayed here with my elderly parents and a person in a wheelchair. The elevator worked for them (once doors properly shut) and there was space for 19 of us. It does echo a lot because there are very few textiles, I assume due to sand. Some of the bathroom doorways are very narrow, which is not great for a wheelchair, but the main floor master with the powder room sufficed. The walk to the beach is so easy and we also enjoyed our equipment rental by ordering bikes. It was the perfect family reunion house and we appreciate the management's communications with us. No problems!

Perfect property for multi-family group

We had a great stay. We had 5 families all together. Many of the rooms have their own bathroom or share with a children’s room, which was perfect for us. The kitchen has so many dishes, glasses, salad and mixing bowls, storage containers. The two sinks made prep and clean up smooth, as well. Some of the main floor furniture is showing some wear, but overall, we felt lucky to be there: the beach was beautiful & Carolina One really looked after us well; they were responsive and kind. House was pristinely clean, etc. Just be aware that the house is on the main road of Isle of Palms. It’s very close to the beach but there’s also a steady flow of traffic

Perfect Group Beach House

We had a group of 14 adults and were extremely happy with the size of the house and all the amenities. We never felt cramped and were still able to have plenty of privacy. You can’t beat the short walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again.

Awesome stay in Isle of Palms

The house was great, very spacious and clean. Convenient location close to the beach and centrally located within Isle of Palms. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces, including the pool. Check-in and check-out were very easy. One thing to note, there is only a small amount of toilet paper, paper towels, hand/bar soap, and shampoo/conditioner, so you may need to bring your own. I would have hoped for more from a listing/house this nice, but this is a relatively minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Overall, our group had an excellent time and we would stay here again!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house was big enough for our four families. The house was very clean up in arrival. The property manager was very responsive when called. The beach was close within walking distance but recommend renting a golf cart to cart beach supplies. Shopping was near by. We really liked the house and location. We would go back to this property.

Great location, excellent for large groups.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our large group of friends, each with their spouses/children. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was a great escape for the kids when we returnwd from the beach. A longer drive than expected to downtown Charleston (~25min), but our group mainly stayed at the house. Highly recommended!

The “Adirondack” House

The “Adirondack” House was perfect for our extended family who traveled from 3 different states to attend a destination wedding. Everyone had privacy and there was plenty of space for the whole group as well as smaller groups. The house was beautifully decorated and definitely met the needs of our family.

Family reunion

We had a great time: loved the house, its location within walking distance to the beach, comfortable and clean beds,, roomy common area, large kitchen, pool, etc. there were a coupleof things that would be great to improve. 1. Stove is terrible, ignition does not work and when you finally ignite it, there is a smell of gas. Definitely needs to be replaced. 2. Supplies for kitchen, such as paper towels and especially garbage bags are very limited. It is very inconvenient and , considering the size of the house and price of the rent, feels “cheap”. 3. One of the rooms advertised as a bedroom is actually a closet of the master bedroom converted into a tiny bedroom with a bunk bed. You can only get into that room through the master bathroom. Again, overall we enjoyed the house very much.

Great Location & Nice House

We had a 16 people, kids and adults, and we had plenty of room. The bedrooms were plenty and well appointed. Some upkeep from the season probably needs to happen, but overall it was clean and well worth the stay! It is not far from the beach and very walkable.

A Great Vacation Option

This was a great place to spend our family vacation with many amenities. It was so cool and windy, the beach wasn’t an option some days, but the pool and all the outdoor toys kept us all entertained. All married couples had their own rooms and we had a whole floor for the granddaughters.

Things to improve

The refrigerator in the kitchen was inadequate for more than a small family. The porch off the eating area would have been nice to sit on but was really dirty- our feet turned black. The dryer completely not working so we called about it. After the third call someone gave us specific details about someone would come in the morning to fix it. They did come in the morning and ordered a part and fixed it. But was barely adequate . The very irritating thing for the master bedroom at night was the next door neighbor had a security light that was sensitive to movement that popped off and on randomly all night long. So it was like bright headlights to a car shining in the room that would stay on for a few minutes than turn off then 5- 10 minutes come on again. It did not effect every bedroom just the ones on that side of the house. There was a wasp nest off the master bedroom porch. . The grill was small for such a big house. But we enjoyed our stay. It was great access to the beach .

Great spot for our large family!

This truly was the perfect spot for our large family! We had 20 family members ranging in age from 10 months to 75. The house is spacious enough that we never once felt cramped. The kitchen/great room/dining area gave us plenty of space and allowed us to eat dinners together. Also, the outdoor spaces gave plenty of options for folks to relax. The porch on the second level off the great room was everyone's favorite spot (plus its screened in so we didn't have to battle any mosquitos there). The beach access is up/down a block, so it's not "directly" across the street. That being said, the walk was pretty easy. Some of us rode our bikes easily right there. If it's an option, I would highly recommend renting a golf cart - it came in really handy getting folks and all the beach supplies to the beach with minimal effort. The house is a rental so there was some normal wear and tear, but it was clean and a great location to the stores, Mount Pleasant, Charleston, etc. I'd definitely recommend this spot and would stay here again.

Accommodating for large group

The place was nice and great for accommodating a large group of people, but it was not cleaned very well in some places of the house (needs a deep clean). There was a lot of dust in areas and some mold on the windows. Some of the windows and outside doors to the basement didn’t lock very well (although the doors that lead into the house did lock). Some of the carpets also need changing. Small updates like new pillows would make a huge difference. The location was great, and it was excellent having multiple bathrooms. Overall, the house was great for a large group of people.

Big house close to beach on Isle of Palms

Great house we had 14 and the rooms worked out well. The best part was the way the Kitchen, dining room and living room all opened together. There was plenty of seating with two long tables that would set up to ten each. The kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses and utensils. Also the screened porch on that level had lots of seating and a lovely breeze. I will caution you that the upstairs we used as the teenage floor and used the three bedrooms for 5 kids but there is only one bathroom. It would not be great for adults. Also, as the grandparents and paying for the place, we took the master suite. That room also has the bunk bed room that requires kids staying there to walk through our bathroom and bedroom so we opted not to have anyone using that room so that eliminates one bedroom and two beds. It would be great for parents with small kids though. The location is an easy one block walk to the beach. We are a family of walkers and runners so took advantage of the neighborhood behind us which had little traffic. Another plus is that the grocery store is very close by! It is a house our entire family liked and would consider renting again if we were to return to the Charleston area.
