You’ll love this casual and comfortable home where you can gather together in the large living room, enjoy meals in the separate dining room (seats 8), or relax in the charming sunroom adjoining the kitchen and dining area. Or you might decide to spend much of your time taking advantage of the fantastic outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining a crowd that include a huge deck with dining table and grill, plus a private backyard for games or just relaxing with your favorite beverage! The cul-de-sac offers quite, retreat vibes with the home tucked away from neighbors. Cut straight through the cul-de-sac and you will find the beach! The house has cable and each bedroom has its own television with a Roku device to stream your favorite streaming apps. The home is located on Isle of Palms where you can find a grocery store, gas station, multiple restaurants, shops, the Isle of Palms rec center, the Isle of Palms County Park, and beach bars. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk or a quick drive away. Isle of Palms is approximately 25 minutes away from downtown Charleston which is famous for its shopping and history, particularly on King and Market Street. Isle of Palms has year round activities including kayaking, award winning golf courses, paddle boarding, and more. Our company prides itself on making guests feel at home and comfortable while on vacation. For additional information or specific questions, please put in an inquiry for your desired dates.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave two bath towels and two hand towels per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs

*Wild Dunes does not allow guests from "other rental agencies" to use their amenities so there is not access to a pool at this property. There is a rec center on 27th Avenue outside of Wild Dunes that has tennis courts, pickleball courts, a soccer field, baseball field, and basketball courts.

The home is very spacious and could accommodate more than six if needed. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes. Proximity to the beach is excellent; just a short (5 min) walk. The host is very responsive and the area is peaceful and quiet.

we had a small group of guys visiting to play golf. The house fit the bill just fine. All the beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the Weber grill was great for grilling steaks. We would definitely return.

Wonderful Home Base
We rented this property for while were in town for an event and didn't want to stay downtown with all the crowds. This was perfect! You were in a neighborhood but due to the trees you didn't really see the neighbors. It was perfect for the 4 of us. The big couch in the living room was perfect for all of us to relax on in between events or dinner.

Holiday Family vacation
We stayed for 5 days between Christmas and New Year’s. The accommodations were great, the only thing I would suggest is looking at the lock in the door, it’s a little tricky. Most of all changing out the carpet, not a good impression when walking in and seeing stains on the carpet. Otherwise we enjoyed are stay.

Early Christmas get-together.
We enjoyed the house very much. The neighborhood was lovely and convenient to everything. The house was spacious, comfortable and I'd love to visit again when the weather is warmer! We were there during a real cold spell, and the temperature improved on the day we left. The only negative thing was that the carpet was stained and dirty. That was unfortunate because the rest of the house was great.

Great Location, property needs some work
Very good location for our purposes. Layout of the house handles people very well, with public and private spaces. Perfect for a group or family that doesn’t need or want to look at sand and the ocean. The front porch and railing is in a frightful state and MUST be replace, before someone goes head-over-teakettle or the whole staircase collapses. A thorough cleaning would help, lots of cobwebs. The carpet is pretty spooky and should be cleaned or replaced. Although not unique to this property, the “host fees” are outrageous and infuriates me. It’s like a restaurant tacking on a 20% fee for dishwashing services. Just tell us upfront what the cost is.

Communication with property owners/management was quick and efficient. The condo was clean although the carpets were a bit dingy/stained in places. Although you do use a some stairs to get to the beach it was a quick walk. Location was great as it didn’t take long to get to any of “touristy” destinations

This was our first visit to Isle of Palms and we were so incredibly disappointed. The photos on VRBO totally misrepresent the property. This was one of the worst VRBO's we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many VRBO's across the country. Stained carpet, dirty couch and dining room chairs, cob webs over master bed, mold in the dishwasher and when we stripped our bed (requested by agent) the mattress was urine stained!! This property needs major TLC before its rented again!! How this property received a 9.2 rating is a sham!!! This is the first time we have ever given a VRBO property a negative review.

The worst vrbo we’ve stayed in. Photos are deceiving. The house is outdated and needs updating especially the windows with all the spiders and cobwebs and the dirty sectional in the living room. Due to the tropical storm we ended our stay within 24 hrs and that was the best decision for my family. We never felt comfortable in this house.

Overall nice house and great location to the beach.
House was spacious enough for a family of 5. Lots of different sitting rooms. The house’s architecture and charm was nice. It was a short walk to the beach. Only complaints would be the cleanliness. Vents as soon as you walk in are very thick w dust and need to be changed. Pulled out 4/5 dishes that were literally not washed, dirty towels in washing machine,. Only thing I would consider adding to the house would be window treatments. But over all I would def recommend this property. We really enjoyed our stay there.
