Olohuone, aurinkohuone ja keittiö kunnostettiin kokonaan ja sisustettu ammattimaisesti helmikuussa 2020. Kaikille kokkeille on runsaasti tilaa sopeutua upouuteen, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuun keittiöön. Ei tekosyitä kenellekään, joka ei lainaa kättä! Kerää sitten iso ruokapöydän ympärille nauttiaksesi aterian kaikkien ystävien ja perheen kanssa. Illallisen jälkeen uppoaa olohuoneen mukaviin uusiin huonekaluihin ja katsella elokuvaa taulutelevisiossa. Auringonhuoneesta on kaunis merinäköala ja se on näkymä takapihalle. Se on loistava paikka päästä eroon kuumuudesta, mutta silti pystyä seuraamaan lapsia uima-altaalla tai merellä ja taivaalla.

3906 Palm Boulevard -hotellissa on makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone, merinäköala ja oma terassi. Vierashuoneessa on ylimääräinen king-vuode, josta on myös merinäköala. Aivan vierashuoneen vieressä on yksi kahdesta makuuhuoneesta, joissa on parivuode. Toinen kerrossänky on vierashuoneen vieressä, jossa on kaksi queen-vuodetta. Neljäs makuuhuone on täydellinen pienille lapsille, joissa erillinen kerrossänky. Viimeinen vierashuone on korostettu kuningatar ja parivuode.

Fabulous stay on the beach!
I stayed at The Sunchaser vacation home with 9 other women. We were there celebrating many years of friendship and 3 recent retirements. The location of the home is perfect and the house was very roomy for the 10 of us. What impressed me the most was the personalized customer service that we received. They were extremely helpful when we had an emergency situation arise. The on-going communication regarding check-in and check-out procedures was direct and timely. I would definitely recommend this vacation home!

Nice property
We had a group of 13 and the house fit our needs. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pot & pans. The grandkids loved the pool. While it was a little farther from the beach than other houses we’ve stayed in, the boardwalk made it easy to access. If we come back to IOP we would stay there agai.

Would like to live here!
Really liked everything about the house. Will be back! Only thing I would like to see is a pool net. Couldn't believe there was not one. Hard to get the lizard out of the pool with a net. Other than that little item all was great.

Great place to celebrate any event for large group. Located on beach; pool nice but putting green could use some TLC. Saw coyotes and large snake on our boardwalk to beach. Elevator not working which was bad for 2 elderlies, otherwise no real complaints.

Great location and great space
We had a group of 7 adults and 6 kids from 12 years to 6 months. There was room for everyone, and the house was comfortable, clean and in good repair inside, with updated bathrooms and kitchens. The outside was showing some wear but all was clean and functional. Easy walk to the beach and having the pool was a real plus!!

Such an easy process to rent this spacious home with a fabulous view of the ocean. Easy walking distance to the beautiful beach , great for shell collecting! Grandkids had fun choosing either the inground pool or ocean for swimming. Super place!

Wonderful home
Perfect stay - the home is even nicer than the photos. Beach setting is ridiculously nice, main area of the house feels very updated and comfortable. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Beachfront Family Fun
Great location and views, very nice updating in large main living area. Nice use of space to add bunk beds for kids and all on one floor. Elevator is very helpful for luggage. Great to have a bathroom on pool level. (not pictured) Nicely landscaped to attract butterflies which the kids loved. Bedrooms and baths have nice furniture but are not as updated as main area and have some maintenance issues. For the price, I expected those areas to be in better shape.

Excellent property and Tyler with Dunes was so very helpful. The elevator was not working but he quickly came over and followed up with us until it was fixed. We loved this house and had a nice relaxing stay!

Beautiful views with plenty of beds.
We stayed with a total of 3 families and had plenty of room. The kitchen is open and we enjoyed cooking most nights while other family members sat at the bar or large table near by. The pool is a good size with a little shade in the late afternoon which made a nice change after the beach all day. We used a large cooler for beverages since there is only one refrigerator but there is a great ice machine which allowed us to keep it full without having to run to store for ice. Lots of couches for everyone to have a place to sit. AC was good at cooling but had to bump down a bit to keep bedrooms cool at night. Second time staying at this property and would do it again.
