I had an amazing stay at Ferman Hotel Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The location is perfect, with stunning views of both the sea and the iconic mosque. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Confusing and costly mistake was made

The hotel is very nice BUT this is NOT on the hotel it is on Hotels.com there are two hotels with the same name in different locations and I mistakenly booked 2 rooms for the same party in different hotels . They belong to the same company. They did not refund me - or rather Hotels.com didn’t

Extremely happy with our stay at the Ferman Hotel in Istanbul. You cannot ask for a better location specifically if you have limited time. Close to all the historical sites. Above all the staff was super helpful. A shout out for Omer, very friendly and helpful gentleman. Our room got upgraded when we arrived at the hotel. I apologize that I don’t remember every one’s name but all staff at the reception and breakfast station was extremely polite, professional and friendly. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

The location of this charming hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the historic Old City, it offers easy access to some of Istanbul's most iconic attractions. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar were all within a short walking distance. The hotel's reception and staff deserve a special mention for their service. They were always polite and ready to assist with smile and a wealth of local knowledge. I would definitely recommend.
