Room was very small. Bathroom very small and had no fan outlet with a moldy smell. Very noisy outside at night we could not sleep. TV English News Channels did not work despite multiple complaints. Breakfast buffet was simple with not even croissants. Transportation offered by hotel was late at arrival, vans were old and smelly, driver drove very fast dangerously

The unique was that when you arrive and want to check in staff said that my room is under construction and offered to check in in a different less expensive hotel a few minutes from this one. After I said, I won't do anywhere, I was given a room in this hotel. They were offering to check in to a different hotel to other people while I was waiting when they will give me a room in this hotel. After long international flight and booking a room two months in advance, it was very unique to find out at check in that I need to go to a different hotel and my room in this hotel is under construction. Expedia should do something about it.

I was given a connecting room and I could hear the occupants next door to me.every conversation was heard through the walls not sound proof. I asked on three separate occasions if my room could be changed.additionally the occupants were arguing and talking at a late hour till 2am. I did not get a single nights good sleep The request for a room change was declined despite the website showing rooms were available. I was given a room directly opposite the lift as well. Not a good position in the entire hotel.

The staff were incredibly rude and not welcoming at all. The staff just tried to scam the tourists. Things were stolen from our rooms. Someone had gone through all of our bags and placed things back in a different bags than they were originally in. When this was raised with the staff they were incredibly rude and dismissive about it. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel to any one.

The hotel staff was very rude and the maids stole makeup from our room as they went through all of our kits and stuff from my sisters lot was in mine and mine was in hers with stuff missing as well which is why we realised that someone went in it and found out that stuff was missing. Also the staff at the front desk was really rude and not helpful at all when we told them I would not recommend this hotel at all
