I like the location, room size and condition. I didn't like the housekeeping services, the staff don't clean the room at all, they only sort bed sheets but no cleaning.

I liked the location, which was near the tram. We had expected to take taxis, but in hindsight, the tram was convenient and probably less expensive. I was a little disappointed with the condition. The sink looked like it had mold build up in the crevices. There seemed to be some sort of loose wire by the chaise lounge.

I was recently staying at this hotel for a week, I must say from the staff to the cleaning service of the hotel it was great!! I would go out with my family shopping around Istanbul, and come back to a clean room it was an amazing feeling. By the end of our stay , the staff were also helpful and got our luggage to our taxi. Would highly recommend this place !!

Enjoyed our stay. Excellent location. Easy to get an Uber. If you are OK with walking you can get to Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia in about 40 min loads of shops and a Mcdees/KFC 5 min away.

Very clean hotel with great staff. The hotel was in a great location close to transportation and all major places of interest for tourists. There are also a lot of food options open late within walling distance from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!
