In general the hotel is good because I’ve been there before. My only issue is the Wi-Fi kept on playing up and as a family man in a foreign country I don’t like that especially if I’ve paid for my time to be there.

Located in very noisy, busy area and not having any parking spaces unless you pay 10 euros per night and not to mention you have to live the area with your car before 10am and not be able to get back your car to parking space before 9pm, located in restricted area due to lots of wholesale businesses around.room was located in non smokers floor but smells cigarettes all the time

Nice hotel not that nice area

Staff working at this hotel is very helpful. Lady cleaned our room every day and even changed the sheets during our 4 days stay. Breakfast was good. The only downturn is carpet so dirty :(

The food from the restaurant disappointed us. Had very little taste. Obviously the Hotel was aiming at providing international cusine, but this was below standard. Also, breakfast had little variation during the week.We had excellent food in nearby local restaurants. The Hotel should consider this, because apart from breakfasts, there were hardly any person eating lunch or dinners there.

Memorable stay

It was a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed it. There was no arrangement for tea/coffee making in the room. Please add this facility to make stay better. Location was very good All other amenities were nice. Airport transfer should be free.

Layover in Istanbul

Very pleasant, we left very early in the morning and the staff made us sandwiches and had coffee and tea for us at 4am. No one does that for 7 people and children. No airport transportation so that was a disappointment

Quiet clean and comfortable

Momento hotel is situated within walking distance to all the tourist sites in the sultan Ahmet area , as well as being close to the tram and metro. The staff are professional and prompt the rooms very clean and quiet, I would definitely stay again as I have previously.
