Very nice hotel. Located near several restaurants and shops. The gentleman at the front desk was the epitome of what a good hotel employee should be. He was very kind and efficient and quick. Upon check out he even arranged a ride for me from his local app. Thank you. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a generally positive experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly. The hotel itself was very clean, with well-maintained common areas and rooms that felt fresh and comfortable. However, my stay was slightly marred by the noise from the street-facing rooms. While the hotel is in a convenient location, the street noise was quite loud, especially at night, making it difficult to sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend requesting a room on the quieter side of the hotel.

Wonderful location and service

Our stay was too short - we should have booked at least 1 probably 2 more nights in Istanbul. Great location and very good service. We would go back again with no reservations at all.

Extraordinary Service. Truly one of a kind! I have been in Istanbul for about 3 weeks and I have relocated to 4 different hotels from 3 stars to 5 stars and this one is the true winner! We loved that the property was very clean. The room service was done everyday and they were very sweet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Something that I have never seen in any hotel and this hotel has provided is free water bottles and Turkish tea. That gesture is commendable. The washroom is neat and clean too. Loved the experience.

I stay here all the time the Staff and cleanliness is great the only bad thing is no Breakfast Offered. They used to have and it was great and really there are no good breakfast places that are close and the only one down the street is terrible. But I still will stay hoping the owner will reopen the breakfast.
